Abstract: An anti-theft device for a vehicle having a manual brake system to slow or stop the vehicle is provided. The anti-theft device has a locking mechanism connected to the brake housing and can be placed in a locked position and an unlocked position. An interference member connected to the locking mechanism engages the brake actuating mechanism when in the braking position to maintain vehicle braking. In the unlocked position of the locking mechanism, the interference member is disengaged from the brake actuating mechanism to allow uninterrupted operation of the brake actuating mechanism.

Abstract: The addition of an air diverter to a tractor which has a partially enclosed engine, a shroud in arrangement for supplying cooling air to the engine and a carburetor operatively connected to the engine and mounted within the enclosure. The diverter separates a small portion of the cooling air from the main flow over the engine and uses this smaller flow to maintain an operable temperature for the carburetor.

Abstract: A mechanism is provided which is adaptable for connection between a drive and a rotatable shaft having a cutting member thereon to provide a driving connection therebetween when mechanical power flows from the drive to the shaft, the mechanism being axially static at all times and being operable to produce a self-actuating braking force on the shaft when the power flow is interrupted to prevent extended freewheeling of the shaft.

Abstract: A cam operated control link mounts on the trunnion shaft of a transmission swash plate through an interposed elastomeric collar or bushing providing for both a damping of vibration transfer from the transmission to the controls and an initial deflection lag of approximately four degrees between rotation of the link and rotation of the trunnion shaft and associated swash plate. Limit pin means preclude an independent movement of the link relative to the trunnion shaft beyond pre-set extremes.
