    Abstract: The present disclosure describes a treatment composition comprising a nanoparticle composition comprising nanoparticles functionalized with surface amine groups and a crosslinking composition comprising genipin. The disclosure also describes a kit comprising the treatment composition, and instructions for using the kit to crosslink the nanoparticles to a tissue graft. The treatment composition and kit can be used to crosslink nanoparticles to a tissue graft, and the resulting tissue graft can be used to replace defective tissue in a subject in need thereof.

    Abstract: A method of utilizing Wi-Fi based passive motion detection to deliver targeted advertising through a smart TV is provided. The system uses an agent in connection with the wireless access point that the Smart TV uses to access the internet to make motion determinations. The CSI data of the access point is analyzed to identify if a user is present, if the user is stationary, the previous location of the user, and the activity the user is currently engaged in. An advertisement may be selected based on a last visited location and activity. Such advertisements may further be delivered to more engaged viewers when the advertiser pays a higher rate.

    Abstract: A tape for collecting tissue samples in a manner compatible with imaging in a transmission electron microscopy (TEM) system, includes a tape substrate having two side walls forming a trough. The trough is defined by a bottom surface of the tape substrate and internal surfaces of the side walls, with an open side therebetween. A support film is attached to a top surface of the tape substrate, and a plurality of apertures is spaced at predetermined locations along the length of the tape substrate, each aperture being covered by the support film. The tape includes a stacked configuration in which the tape substrate is wound in layers, the bottom surfaces of the side walls in one layer being in contact with the support film in an immediately adjacent layer. The apertures in the second layer are aligned within the trough of the first layer, between the side walls.

An example method includes receiving and storing an input audio signal. The method also includes determining, based on a first segment of the input audio signal, that the input audio signal comprises speech, and determining a delay between the input audio signal and a corresponding output audio signal provided to a speaker. The method also includes reducing the delay, wherein reducing the delay comprises removing one or more segments of the stored input audio signal to create a time-compressed audio signal and providing the time-compressed audio signal as the corresponding output audio signal. The method also includes determining that the delay is less than a threshold duration, and responsively providing the input audio signal as the corresponding output audio signal.

    Abstract: An apparatus comprises a switch, a current monitor, and a controller. During operation, the switch controls an amount of current through the load. The current monitor samples a magnitude of the current through the load, a magnitude of which varies over time during a time duration. Based on integrating the sample magnitudes of the current through the load over the time duration, the current monitor produces a current sense value. The current sense value is representative of an amount of current through the load. The controller controls an operational state of the switch based upon a comparison of the current sense value with respect to an over-current threshold value. For example, in response to detecting a condition in which the current sense value is greater than the overcurrent threshold value, the controller turns OFF (deactivates) the switch, reducing or eliminating delivery of current through the load.

Thus, the provision of the sleeve (134) on the activated sandscreen (110) may prevent fluid from flowing axially along the bore between the bore wall and sandscreen. This may serve to protect the weave at the transition area (135), preventing axial flow through the transition areas (135).

    Abstract: Expansion compensating structures are formed in redistribution layers of a wafer-level chip-scale integrated circuit package (WLCSP) or other IC package having a low-expansion substrate. The structures include micromechanical actuators designed and oriented to move solder bumps attached to them in the same direction and distance as a function of temperature as do pads to which they may be connected on a higher-expansion substrate such as a printed circuit board. Expansion compensated IC packages incorporating these expansion compensating structures are provided, as well as expansion compensated assemblies containing one or more of these IC packages. Methods of fabricating expansion compensated IC packages requiring minimal changes to existing commercial WLCSP fabrication processes are also provided. These devices and methods will result in assemblies having improved board-level reliability during thermal cycling, and allow the use of larger IC die sizes in WLCSP technology.
