Abstract: A plurality of modular pad units each include a rigid foam core having a polymer coating. Each unit has a similar configuration, substantially uniform thickness and a perimeter shape that includes a circular part, a male key part configured for mating with a female keyway part. The units are arranged by interlocking the units such that the male key part of each modular pad unit mates with the female keyway part of another modular pad unit, and the circular parts of the units align to form a circle. The multiple interlocked units providing a circular storage pad that is at least ten feet in diameter and that has a thickness of at least three inches. The bottom of the storage tank is placed directly on the circular storage pad to support and isolate the tank bottom from the ground at the site.

Abstract: A transaction card assembly and method for forming a transaction card assembly. The transaction card assembly may include one or more transaction cards that is separably attached to an envelope. The envelope may be fully formed and ready for use and attached at its outer surface to the transaction card assembly. The envelope pocket may be sized to accommodate all or a portion of the transaction card assembly, e.g., a single CR-80 size transaction card. The envelope may support the attached card, e.g., from hanger at a point-of-sale display. A message portion may be removably attached to the envelope and be arranged for placement in the envelope pocket.

Abstract: A transaction card assembly may include a transaction card and an auxiliary portion attached to the transaction card. The transaction card and the auxiliary portion may be formed to have a shaped edge that conforms with a trademark, a representation of a product, or other information printed or otherwise formed on the assembly. The auxiliary portion may be a functional item, such as a shoe horn or a luggage tag.

Abstract: A transaction card assembly and method for forming a transaction card assembly. The transaction card assembly may include two or more transaction cards that are each useable with different issuers. A first transaction card may be useable only with a first issuer, and the second transaction card may be useable with one or more entities other than the first issuer. The transaction card assembly may be formed from a same piece of material and may include one or more machine-readable features, such as a barcode, magnetic strip or electronic device. The transaction cards may meet ANSI and ISO specifications, e.g., after the cards are separated from each other without the use of tools.

Abstract: A combination electrical plug and cord and power cut-off unit with a male electrical plug rigidly secured to a housing from which the cord extends, the housing serving as a hard grip for insertion and removal of the plug, the housing containing an electrical relay holding circuit including an externally accessible momentary contact switch wherein a power failure in the supply line will effect a disconnect of the relay requiring a manual actuation of the switch to restore power to the cord leading to a machine or other electrical accessory.
