  • Publication number: 20260083967
Abstract: A system to perform reversible transvenous electroporation includes an electroporation generator and a controller operably coupled to the electroporation generator. The controller is configured to instruct the electroporation generator to generate a voltage signal to perform electroporation, where the voltage signal has a predetermined range of voltages and a predetermined range of pulse widths to ensure that the electroporation is reversible, and where the voltage signal is biphasic or monophasic. The controller also delivers the voltage signal to a catheter to perform the electroporation, where the catheter includes one or more electrodes through which the voltage signal is delivered.

  • Patent number: 12464970
Abstract: Computer-implemented systems and methods are provided for automatically conforming guidance of work vehicles to detected conditions in a work area. Upon determining a deviation of a work vehicle's current movement path from a first planned movement path with respect to the work area, at least a portion of the work area may be identified as a region of interest, along with coverage characteristics associated with the region of interest, based at least in part on the determined deviation. A second planned movement path is generated for the work vehicle and/or another work vehicle subsequently traversing the work area relative to the region of interest, wherein the generated second planned movement path accounts for the coverage characteristics associated with the region of interest. The second planned movement path may be generated to avoid the region, prevent turns within the region, optimize work vehicle operation within the work area generally, etc.

  • Publication number: 20250028323
Abstract: A control system for an autonomous work machine includes a robotic controller, a position detection system coupled to the robotic controller, and a sensor coupled to the robotic controller and configured to provide a sensor signal. A controlled system is coupled to the robotic controller to receive control signals from the robotic controller. The robotic controller is configured to generate an event relative to an object in an environment around the autonomous work machine or a machine health/job quality issue, document the event, and store the documented event. The robotic controller is further configured to selectively generate a communication containing at least some information relative to the documented event to a supervisor and to receive user input from the supervisor and take responsive action based on the user input.

  • Patent number: 12178149
Abstract: System and methods for generating a work plan for a headland of an agricultural field (e.g., the portion of the agricultural field that is used by an agricultural machine to perform edge turns while working a main work partition of the field). A field boundary polygon indicative of a workable area of the agricultural field is segmented into multiple segments including a headland polygon and a work partition polygon. A seed track is generated based on a shape of a portion of the boundary of the headland polygon that is shared in common with the boundary of the field boundary polygon. The work plan is generated by replicating the seed track at a defined spacing throughout the headland polygon. In some implementations, the agricultural machine is operated autonomously or semi-autonomously to work the headland area based on the defined work plan.

  • Patent number: 11911178
Abstract: A system for treating atrial fibrillation includes a memory configured to store a baseline measurement of an atrial fibrillation characteristic of a patient and a post administration measurement of the atrial fibrillation characteristic of the patient. The post administration measurement is obtained subsequent to administration of a reactive oxygens species (ROS) scavenger to the patient. The system also includes a processor operatively coupled to the memory and configured to determine a change between the baseline measurement and the post administration measurement of the atrial fibrillation characteristic. The processor is further configured to identify, based on the determined change, one or more hot spots of atrial fibrillation, where the one or more hot spots comprise target areas for treatment of the atrial fibrillation.

  • Patent number: 11571349
Abstract: The herein described Adaptive Ergonomic Positioning device (“AEPD”) relates generally to the field of surgery and other medical or healthcare procedures. The AEPD can be adapted for use with most standard surgical tables and surgical chairs where the patient must be positioned prone during a particular procedure. The AEPD may also be used for certain procedures where the patient may be positioned supine. The AEPD support assemblies are highly adjustable and deliver improved ergonomics for both patients and providers. Patients of different morphology can be comfortably positioned in prone with their head and neck in a neutral position, and shoulders in a forward flexed, slightly internally rotated position. The AEPD can be adjusted to accommodate patients with neck and shoulder mobility restrictions, without any effect on provider accessibility to the surgical or treatment site.

  • Publication number: 20220119428
Abstract: The present invention relates to a process for phospholipidation of imidazoquinolines and oxoadenines. More particularly, the present invention relates to a high-yielding and scalable procedure for the phospholipidation of imidazoquinolines and oxoadenines which obviates the need to isolate unstable phosphoramidite intermediates. This process may be used for the phospholipidation of toll-like receptor 7 (TLR7)—active and toll-like receptor (TLR8)—active imidazoquinolines and oxoadenines.
