  • Publication number: 20230026748
Abstract: Systems, methods, storage media, and computing platforms for scanning items at the point of manufacturing are disclosed. Exemplary implementations may: receive a first set of images of an item from a first set of camera sources; detect a code in the first set of images; combine, responsive to detecting the code, along a second axis perpendicular to the first axis, the first set of images into a first set of combined images; rotate parallel to the first axis; and combine along the first axis.

  • Publication number: 20210364998
Abstract: Systems, methods, storage media, and computing platforms for on demand garment manufacture. An order controller can receive an order specification to manufacture a garment. A selector can select the fabric based on the order specification. A pre-treatment can pretreat the fabric with an aqueous solution. A dryer can dry the fabric. A loader can align fabric with an indicator. A sensor coupled to the loader can obtain an alignment of the fabric on the loader. A heat press can apply a design on the fabric. A printer can print a second design on the fabric in the loader based on the order specification. A quality controller can scan the design. The quality controller can generate, based on scanning the design, a quality comparison between the design and predetermined parameters. The quality controller can route, based on the quality comparison, the fabric to a shipper or an order controller.

  • Publication number: 20210307423
Abstract: A brace for securing a face mask on a wearer includes a sealing ring and at least one securing strap attached to the sealing ring by at least one joint region. The sealing ring has a perimeter that forms an interior opening, and the perimeter is shaped and sized to surround a portion of the face mask when the face mask is placed over the wearer's nose and mouth. The securing strap is constructed as one or more head strap, ear straps, neck ties, or another securing mechanism for securing the sealing ring on the wearer and maintaining a seal of the face mask about the wearer's nose and mouth. The brace can include one or more of deformable metal bands, cushions, and reinforced regions over the bridge of the nose, at the joints of the sealing ring with the securing straps, and along the securing straps.

  • Publication number: 20160008165
Abstract: A transparent portable warming device to insure normothermia during medical transport, particularly for transporting pediatric patients and infants is disclosed. The warming device includes a one or more layers of a thin, flexible, transparent material. A heating element includes a parallel circuit of resistive wires controlled by a battery-powered power controller. The controller maintains the temperature of the blanket at a predetermined temperature level for periods of time suitable for transporting patients. In one embodiment, the resistive wires are nichrome, and the flexible material comprises polyvinylchloride. The system can be powered by a lightweight twelve volt battery.
