  • Publication number: 20020162090
Abstract: Systems and methods for software development in which the development of a base product proceeds concurrently with the internationalization and localization of the base product to produce multiple language versions of the product for polylingual simultaneous shipment to customers wherein one or more of the multiple languages can be uploaded by the customer in a single installation process.

  • Patent number: 5718254
Abstract: An adjustable bed canopy and curtain system including a sheet of fabric, at least four vertical post and a frame member. The frame member has a first pair of "L" shaped tubular members and a second pair of "L" shaped tubular members. Each of the first and second pair of "L" shaped tubular members have a lower elongated portion and an upper elongated portion. Each of the first and second pair of "L" shaped tubular members have a horizontal bar projecting from one of the lower elongated portions and capable of coupling with a horizontal bar of another of the lower elongated portions. The upper elongated portion, of each of the first pair of tubular members, receives the upper elongated portions of the second pair of tubular members when the horizontal bars of each tubular member are coupled. Each of the lower elongated portions, of each of the first and second tubular members, are positioned over one of the four vertical post when the first and second pair of tubular members are coupled.

  • Patent number: 5516414
Abstract: A method for electrolytically plating copper onto a base metal, such as steel (18), utilizing an insoluble anode (16) includes the steps of: providing a pyrophosphate plating solution (14); adding a copper source, copper hydroxide, to the plating solution (14); and passing an electric current through the plating solution between the insoluble anode (16) and the base metal (18) to be plated. The apparatus (10) includes a plating tray (12), a pyrophosphate plating solution (14) including a soluble source of copper, an insoluble anode (16) and a power source (20). A copper plated product (P) is also disclosed and claimed.

  • Patent number: 4678406
Abstract: An axial flow helical screw compressor with a slide valve and slide stop mounted end to end in communication with the intermeshing rotors has means for changing the volume ratio during operation by stepwise movement of the slide stop and for changing the capacity during operation in infinitely variable fashion, both in response to system operating conditions. In the event of interference between the movements of the slide stop and slide valve, the components are designed so that the movements of the slide stop overpowers that of the slide valve.

  • Patent number: 4548549
Abstract: A method of operating an electric drive motor for an axial flow helical screw type compressor having a slide valve member and slide stop member mounted beneath the intermeshing rotors such that the slide member controls communication between the work chamber defined by the rotors and the casing to the outlet port and the slide stop member and the valve member together control the working fluid inlet to the bores of the rotor by sensing the drive motor current and full load operation of the compressor in order to incrementally adjust the slide members in opposite directions depending upon whether or not the motor current is increasing or decreasing to thereby continuously seek the position of the slide members at which such current is at a minimum.

  • Patent number: 4519748
Abstract: An axial flow helical screw type compressor has a slide valve member and slide stop member mounted end to end beneath the intermeshing rotors such that the slide valve member controls communication between the work chamber defined by the rotors and the casing to the outlet port and the slide stop member and the valve member together control the working fluid inlet to the bores of the rotors, the slide valve member and the slide stop being independently movable. Control means for the slide valve member and slide stop include position sensing means for these two members, inlet and outlet pressure sensing means, and means for feeding these inputs into programmable circuitry to control the positions of the slide member and slide stop.
