  • Patent number: 10652221
Abstract: Systems and methods of matching identifiers between multiple datasets are described herein. A system can transmit a first identifier vector to a third party server. The first identifier vector can include a first identifier, first parameters, and second parameters. The system can receive, from the third party server, the first identifier vector encrypted based on a third-party encryption. The system can receive, from the third party server, a second identifier vector encrypted based on the third-party encryption associated with the third party server. The second identifier vector can include a second identifier, third parameters, and fourth parameters. The system can determine a correlation count between the first identifier vector and the second identifier vector. The system can determine that the first identifier corresponds to the second identifier based on the correlation count. The system can generate one identifier key for both the first identifier and the second identifier.

  • Patent number: 10627112
Abstract: Combustion apparatus for use with a solid fuel has a firebox constructed at least in part of a fired refractory carbide material. The fired refractory carbide material has a catalytic effect on the combustion process providing a cleaner and more efficient combustion. The fired refractory material also absorbs heat from the combustion process directly or indirectly by heat exchange with combustion products and dissipates the absorbed heat over an extended period of time providing space heating after the combustion process is completed.

  • Publication number: 20200109173
Abstract: The present disclosure provides peptoid-based chelating ligands, corresponding cyclic peptoids, and methods of making thereof. Functional groups may be tailored for high metal binding affinity and selectivity. The side chains of a cyclic peptoid according to the present disclosure may be selected based on, for example, high affinity for actinide or other metal ions, selectivity for actinide or other metal ions, the ability to recover a metal once it is bound to the peptoid, and whether the overall peptoid should be hydrophobic or hydrophilic. Unlike siderophores, peptoid-based chelating ligands of the present disclosure are not readily hydrolyzed under physiological conditions. Therefore, peptoid-based chelating ligands may be, for example, used to treat actinide (e.g., iron and lead) poisoning in vivo. Moreover, peptoid-based chelating ligands of the present disclosure may be used for medical imaging, chelation therapy, drug delivery, and separation technologies, for example.

  • Patent number: 10580088
Abstract: The invention provides various methods and systems for collecting and allocating road use fees. The invention may include receiving funds from a party, wherein the party is responsible for operation of a vehicle. Data indicating where the vehicle has traveled may be received by a computer system. A jurisdiction may be identified where road use fees are due based on where the vehicle has traveled. Fees due to the jurisdiction may be calculated based on the jurisdiction's road use fee schedule. The fee due for road use may be deducted from an account of the vehicle's operator.

  • Publication number: 20190272523
Abstract: Various methods, systems, and devices are described for performing money transfers to one or more payees from one or more payors using a money transfer system. A party, such as a payor, a payee, or a third party may create a set of payee rules. The same or a different party may also create a set of payor rules. The payee rules may comprise conditions which, when satisfied, permit a payee to receive funds from a funds pool. The payor rules may comprise conditions which, when satisfied, permit a payor to provide funds to the funds pool. The money transfer system may determine whether requests from a payor and a payee comply with the payor rules and the payee rules, respectively. Based on the determination, the payor and/or payee may be permitted to complete their requested transaction, or their transaction may be denied.

  • Publication number: 20190270397
Abstract: A molded lightweight layered floor liner construction includes a top layer with an exposed carpeted hobnail surface, a middle layer including a moldable thermoplastic coating on the back of the top layer, and a bottom layer having a downwardly exposed surface characterized by singed non-woven fabric. The floor liner is lightweight, molded by known molding techniques, impervious to water, liquids, mud, and debris, and resistant to sliding and bunching up on the factory carpeted surfaces of a vehicle. The exposed hobnail surface interacts very well with mechanical fastening systems such as the hooks of a hook-and-loop fastener system. Thus, accessories such as cargo organizers can be placed on the exposed surface of the floor liner, where they stick firmly until pulled away, removed, and repositioned.

  • Patent number: 10381942
Abstract: A device determines a first current, of a first input phase of a power system, and a second current, of a second input phase of the power system. The device determines whether the first input phase and the second input phase are balanced based on the first current and the second current. When the first input phase and the second input phase are not balanced, the device selects the first input phase and an output phase of the power system. The device balances the first input phase and the second input phase by using the first input phase and the output phase.

  • Publication number: 20190202720
Abstract: A method for purifying contaminated liquids, especially waste water with high TKN/BOD concentrations, by first introducing, into the contaminated liquid, an acidic coagulant such as a metal salt and then introducing a second alkaline coagulant, into the contaminated liquid which dramatically increases the speed and effectiveness of subsequent coagulation and flocculation and thereby removal of TKN/BOD. By comparing the total (molar amount of acidic coagulant cation+alkaline coagulant cation) with an equal molar amount of the acidic cation, superior removal of TKN/BOD are achieved due to a synergy between the acidic and alkaline coagulant versus using just an acidic metal coagulant.
