Abstract: A plurality of dough pieces are produced using a rotary dough cutter comprises an annular cutter body configured to be rotatably driven, a plurality of arcuate sidewalls extending circumferentially about the cutter body, a plurality of radial divider walls extending across respective sidewalls, and a plurality of interior blades extending radially relative to the body between the sidewalls. The plurality of walls define a plurality of dough cutter molds. During conveying of a sheet of dough to the rotary dough cutter, the plurality of dough pieces are cut by the plurality of walls and scored with the plurality of interior blades. After being cut and scored, the dough pieces are removed from within the dough cutter molds with the assistance of a sequentially timed, regulated and adjustable fluid ejection system, and then frozen.

The improved cable tie includes a cable strap having a first end, a second end and a plurality of constraint structures. First and second locking wedges that receive the cable strap are disposed inversely to one another such that a first length of the cable strap disposed through the first locking wedge engages the first locking wedge by the plurality of constraint structures to form a first loop and a second length of the cable strap disposed through the second locking wedge engages the second locking wedge by the plurality of constraint structures to form a second loop.

Abstract: An adjustable throat for protecting electrical connections between two mating pieces of electrical equipment such as a transformer and associated switchgear is disclosed. The adjustable throat includes two telescoping tubular members each having flanges at one end thereof with oversized holes for connection respectively to a transformer and associated switchgear. The holes allow for vertical and horizontal adjustment to provide for final adjustment in these directions. One of the tubular members also has elongated open ended slots to allow the throat to be adjusted in and out to allow final connection to the switchgear without the need for minor movement of the gear.

Abstract: A safety enclosure system for a transformer is disclosed including a high voltage enclosure used in conjunction with a flip top hood on pad mounted transformers to provide an additional access restriction to the high voltage compartment after the hood has been opened. The high voltage enclosure is designed such that it is secured to the barrier plate separating the high voltage terminals from the low voltage terminals and after opening the enclosure is swung to the side, out of the way, for any operations in the high voltage compartment. The enclosure must then be closed before the hood can be closed and locked. This provides increased security for any further access to the high voltage compartment.
