  • Patent number: 11771856
Abstract: Systems, methods, and/or apparatuses for acclimatizing a user to positive airway pressure (PAP) therapy are provided. Generally, a sub-therapeutic treatment pressure is provided initially. It may be ramped up to a full treatment pressure over the course of one or more therapy sessions. The pressure level may be ramped up based on, for example, sleep state, sleep phase, patient compliance with types of treatment (e.g. bilevel vs. CPAP, etc.), clinician input (either at the site, remotely, via pre-programmed smartcards, etc.), etc. Such techniques may be used alone or in combination.

  • Patent number: 11771815
Abstract: In one example embodiment, an apparatus may include a panel with integrated fluid channels, wherein the panel and the fluid channel consist only of surfaces that can be manufactured with a straight-pull mold. A port may also be integrated into the panel to facilitate coupling the fluid channel to pneumatic components in an assembly. A seal may be secured to the panel over the fluid channel to form an integrated fluid conductor. The seal is preferably an adhesive label that can also be used for product labeling. Such an apparatus may be used in a control unit of a therapy system, employing several integrated fluid conductors. A method of manufacturing may include molding a panel, wherein the mold forms a channel integral to the panel. The panel and the channel preferably consist of surfaces that can be molded with a straight-pull mold.

  • Publication number: 20230308119
Abstract: Disclosed is a radio frequency front-end (RFFE) architecture for sounding reference signal (SRS) antenna switching using a first power amplifier module (PAM) and a remote module (second PAM) to control local and remote antennas. The modules include various transmit and receive signal paths, power amplifiers and low-noise amplifiers, filters for signal conditioning, and switch blocks comprising a plurality of switches for selectively routing the signal paths. In certain embodiments, external bypass ports may be included to increase the connectivity of the modules and provide for additional operating modes of the FE. The FE SRS architecture advantageously reduces insertion losses (including switching losses), reduces component count and the number of external connections to the FE, and can provide improved isolation performance in a compact package.

  • Patent number: 11734632
Abstract: A research, analysis, regulatory compliance and media platform that connects customers to finished research and analysis produced by subject matter experts is described. The platform facilitates research, investigations, and analysis by creating a single environment in which a group of distributed analysts conduct research and investigations, store and retrieve documents and other sources, collaborate, and publish findings. Consumers are able to query a published knowledge graph, surface high value relationships, and access insights captured by analyst through a customer web portal or external production environment. The platform allows analysts and customers to research and map the commercial, financial, and facilitation networks of sanctioned or other actors that may be associated with illicit activity. Customers can access visual graphs depicting relationships between sanctioned and non-sanctioned actors in order to evaluate their possible exposure to financial crime or sanctions-related risks.
