  • Publication number: 20120260968
Abstract: It comprises a frame with an upper structure (4) supporting photovoltaic modules (12) and further comprises a solar tracking mechanism which produces the frame's rotation with an azimuthal axis and a horizontal axis. The frame comprises a base (3) with assembled profiles, integrated with the ground. The upper structure (4) comprises lateral profiles (5) in a Z-shape, placed one on each side; an upper central profile (7) and a lower central profile (8) connected with connecting rods (15) and placed longitudinally among said lateral profiles (5), and transversal crossbeams (9) in the lower part of the lateral profiles (5) and the central profile (6). An actuator (11) located on the central part of the central profiles (7, 8) causes a relative movement of the central profiles (7, 8) and this way the horizontal rotation of the modules (12) is generated.

  • Patent number: 8202132
Abstract: A pair of confronting and spaced contact surfaces of a predetermined conductive material are electrically interconnected by a spring-type contact that is between the surfaces. The contact has an anchored end secured to one of the surfaces, an opposite free end, and a plurality of blades unitary with and extending between the ends and each having a bowed section engaging a respective contact surface. These bowed sections of the contact extend in opposite directions toward the contact surfaces and form contact points engageable with the respective contact surfaces. A coating on each of the contact points is of a material matched to the conductive material of the contact surfaces.

  • Patent number: 7233326
Abstract: A three dimensional (3D) modeling system for generating a 3D representation of a modeled object on a display device of a computer system. The modeled object is represented by an initial definition of an object and a set of modifiers. Each modifier modifies some portion of the definition of an object that may result in a change in appearance of the object when rendered. The modifiers are ordered so that the first modifier modifies some portion of the initial definition of the object and produces a modified definition. The next modifier modifies the results of the previous modifier. The results of the last modifier are then used in rendering processes to generate the 3D representation. Each modifier is associated with a three dimensional representation so that the user can more easily visualize the effect of the modifier.
