  • Publication number: 20240034701
Abstract: A catalyst, useful for oxidative dehydrogenation of ethane, comprising molybdenum, vanadium, tellurium, tantalum, and oxygen, prepared using a stage hydrothermal synthesis procedure, is provided. The catalyst comprises from 30 to 50 wt. % amorphous content and may be combined with a support/carrier material to form a catalyst material. The described catalysts and catalyst materials demonstrate high selectivity for ethylene at higher temperatures, show little to no decline in conversion and selectivity over time, and do not appear to be sensitive to low residual oxygen concentrations.

  • Publication number: 20230351079
Abstract: An intermediary well may be selected for a group of wells. The intermediary well may be used as an origin point from which branching wells paths are generated to connect the group of wells through the intermediary well. A shortest path between the intermediary well and the group of wells along the branching well paths may be identified, and the group of wells may be aligned along the shortest path. Boundaries of the intermediary well may be propagated to the aligned group of wells to establish correlation between segments of the intermediary well and segments of the aligned group of wells.

  • Patent number: 11554048
Abstract: Systems and methods of treating meibomian and sebaceous gland dysfunction. The methods include reducing oxygen concentration in the environment of one or more dysfunctional meibomian and sebaceous glands, thereby restoring a hypoxic status of one or more dysfunctional meibomian and sebaceous glands. The reducing of the oxygen concentration is accomplished by restricting blood flow to the one or more dysfunctional meibomian and sebaceous glands and the environment of one or more dysfunctional meibomian sebaceous glands. The restricting of the blood flow is accomplished by contracting or closing one or more blood vessels around the one or more dysfunctional meibomian or sebaceous glands. The methods also include giving local or systemic drugs that lead to the generation of hypoxia-inducible factors in one or more dysfunctional meibomian and sebaceous glands.
