  • Patent number: 6286832
Abstract: A cricket board game includes an optional matting representing a cricket pitch, the matting which is laid out on a flat surface representing the cricket field. Two wickets are set up at opposing ends of the cricket pitch. A plurality of player cards held by holding mechanisms, which depict each of the cricket players on each of the two sides in the cricket game, are disposed around the cricket field in accordance with the rules of a real cricket game. The player cards, in a preferred embodiment, depict cricket players either pictorially, photographically, or by written description on one side face of the cards. On the other side face of the cards, the players cards have a logo, graphic design, or other representation. The first player acts as the bowler for the first side, and bowls a small ball to the second player, who holds a small bat and acts as a batsman for the second side.

  • Patent number: 5232330
Abstract: An arm of a tractor-mounted loader is coupled to the top of a loader mast having a bottom end received in a pocket formed at an outboard area of a horizontal base plate of a loader mounting frame connected to one side of the tractor. A quick coupler support bracket is mounted to the base plate inboard of the pocket. Supported by and projecting upwardly from a horizontal fitting mounting plate of the support bracket are respective quick coupler halves forming ends of a first set of hoses that are coupled to the tractor hydraulic system. The first set of hoses extend through a hose passage, provided in a rear wall of a walled structure joined to and cooperating with the base plate so as to form a cavity therebeneath, and through a set of fitting openings provided in the fitting mounting plate. A second set of hoses extend from the rear of the arm and has a second set of quick coupler halves connected to the first set of quick coupler halves.

  • Patent number: 4234130
Abstract: A hydraulically operated conveying mechanism for a manure spreader composed of a fore-and-aft shiftable floor extension that is supported on a fixed floor of the spreader box and a transverse vertical push-off supported to shift fore-and-aft on the extension. First and second hydraulic cylinders are used to shift the floor extension and push-off respectively and includes a first cylinder and associated rod with the latter being composed of inner and outer concentric tubes closed at their respective ends and with the inner tube opening into the closed end of the cylinder. The outer tube has a port opening into the cylinder. The second double-acting cylinder that operates the push-off has its opposite ends in fluid communication with the inner tube and outer tubes. A shuttle valve within the main cylinder shifts axially to close the port as fluid is introduced to the closed end of the main cylinder and opens the port as the rod approaches its fully extended position.
