  • Publication number: 20250150841
Abstract: Systems, methods and apparatus are disclosed for automatic signal detection in an RF environment. An apparatus comprises at least one receiver and at least one processor coupled with at least one memory. The apparatus is at the edge of a communication network. The apparatus sweeps and learns the RF environment in a predetermined period based on statistical learning techniques, thereby creating learning data. The apparatus forms a knowledge map based on the learning data, scrubs a real-time spectral sweep against the knowledge map, and creates impressions on the RF environment based on a machine learning algorithm. The apparatus is operable to detect at least one signal in the RF environment.

  • Publication number: 20250143372
Abstract: A vaporizer includes a reservoir (or cartridge) to hold a precursor composition. The reservoir has a passageway that is configured to not allow the free flow of the precursor composition out of the reservoir at ambient temperatures. An infrared radiation source, when activated, heats the precursor composition reducing its viscosity. An entrainment passageway is in communication with an exterior end of the passageway such that when an air flow is induced to pass through the entrainment passageway, the air flow draws the heated precursor composition from the passageway entrains it in the air flow. The entrained precursor may be vaporized and/or further vaporized by heat from the infrared radiation source before being inhaled by the user.

  • Patent number: 12287455
Abstract: Provided is an optical element for a lithographic apparatus. The optical element includes a capping layer that includes oxygen vacancies therein. The oxygen vacancies prevent attack of the capping layer by preventing hydrogen and other species from penetrating the capping layer and underlying layers. The capping layer provides a low hydrogen recombination rate enabling hydrogen to clean the surface of the optical element. The capping layer may include an alloyed metal, a mixed metal oxide or a doped metal oxide and it may be a ruthenium capping layer that includes one or more dopants therein.

  • Patent number: 12281303
Abstract: Compositions and methods are provided herein for conducting prime editing of a target DNA molecule (e.g., a genome) that enables the incorporation of a nucleotide change and/or targeted mutagenesis. The compositions include fusion proteins comprising nucleic acid programmable DNA binding proteins (napDNAbp) and a polymerase (e.g., reverse transcriptase), which is guided to a specific DNA sequence by a modified guide RNA, named an PEgRNA. The PEgRNA has been altered (relative to a standard guide RNA) to comprise an extended portion that provides a DNA synthesis template sequence which encodes a single strand DNA flap which is synthesized by the polymerase of the fusion protein and which becomes incorporated into the target DNA molecule.
