  • Publication number: 20250202191
Abstract: Embodiments of the present disclosure may comprise a monolithic integrated circuit device comprising an addressable laser array, where the addressable laser array comprises a plurality of N light-emitting sources. Embodiments may also comprise a multiplexer including N transistors, where each of the N transistors are associated with a different one of the plurality of N light-emitting sources. In accordance with various embodiments, each of the N transistors may be operable to address the associated light-emitting source.

  • Publication number: 20220079315
Abstract: A carrying case and system for personal protective equipment. The carrying case includes a housing having a base pivotally secured to a door forming an interior volume, wherein the interior volume of the housing can receive a personal protective equipment, such as a facemask. The base can magnetically fasten to a personal device, such as a smartphone or other mobile electronic device. The door provides access to the interior volume of the housing and is moveable between an open configuration and a closed configuration. A software application is in operable communication with the personal protective equipment and the housing, wherein the software application can send alerts to a user regarding whether the housing contains the personal protective equipment, or the housing is separated from the personal protective equipment after the user has left a home location. The alert system prevents a user from being without the personal protective equipment.

  • Patent number: 10283666
Abstract: Manufacture of multi-junction solar cells, and devices thereof, are disclosed. The architectures are also adapted to provide for a more uniform and consistent fabrication of the solar cell structures, leading to improved yields, greater efficiency, and lower costs. Certain solar cells may be from a different manufacturing process and further include one or more compositional gradients of one or more semiconductor elements in one or more semiconductor layers, resulting in a more optimal solar cell device. A multi-junction cell may include a back surface field layer, a tunneling junction layer, a first active cell, and a second active cell.
