    Abstract: Erectable platforms having microwave susceptors thereon are provided, where the platforms are convertible between a collapsed configuration and an erected configuration to save costs on packaging, storage, and shipping while still providing the benefits of elevated microwave heating. When the platforms are converted to the erected configurations, mechanisms are provided to maintain the platforms in the erected configuration.
