Abstract: Embodiments relate to a multi-mode demosaicing circuit able to receive and demosaic image data in a different raw image formats, such as Bayer raw image format and Quad Bayer raw image format. The multi-mode demosaicing circuit comprises different circuitry for demosaicing different image formats that access a shared working memory. In addition, the multi-mode demosaicing circuit shares memory with a post-processing and scaling circuit configured to perform subsequent post-processing and/or scaling of the demosaiced image data, in which the operations of the post-processing and scaling circuit are modified based on the original raw image format of the demosaiced image data to use different amounts of the shared memory, to compensate for additional memory utilized by the multi-mode demosaicing circuit when demosaicing certain types of image data.

  • Publication number: 20230231898
Abstract: Methods, systems, and computer readable media can be operable to facilitate the intercept and manipulation of content requested by a client device. The methods, systems, and apparatuses described herein enable the interception and redirection of packets based upon a set of rules. Intercepted packets may be redirected away from an origin server and may be forwarded to a splicing device. The splicing device may establish a session with a corresponding origin server, and retrieve content that is requested by the intercepted packet. In embodiments, the splicing device may identify alternate content that is associated with the intercepted packet and/or content that is further associated with a device or subscriber associated with the packet. One or more segments of the requested content, or the entirety of the requested content may be replaced with the alternate content, and the modified content may be output to the client device requesting the content.

  • Publication number: 20230231777
Abstract: In one embodiment, a service receives administration traffic data in a network associated with a remote administration session in which a control device remotely administers a client device. The service analyzes the administration traffic data to determine whether any portion of the administration traffic data is resulting from an administration session involving a trusted administrator. The service flags a first portion of the administration traffic data as authorized when the first portion of the administration traffic data is determined to result from an administration session involving a trusted administrator, and a second portion of the administration traffic data is non-flagged. The service assesses the second portion of the administration traffic data using a machine learning-based traffic classifier to determine whether the second portion of the administration traffic data is malicious.

  • Publication number: 20230227923
Abstract: Methods for determining bacterial identity and susceptibility or resistance to antibiotic or antimicrobial agents are provided. In one embodiment, the bacteria is cultured in the presence or absence or the antibiotic agent to generate a plurality of primary cultures, which are then cultured in the presence or absence of transforming phages to generate a first secondary culture that comprise transformed bacteria that have been treated with the antibiotic agent and a second secondary culture that comprises transformed bacteria that have not been treated with the antibiotic agent. The recombinant phages are specific to the bacteria and comprise a heterologous marker. The susceptibility or resistance of the bacteria to the antibiotic or antimicrobial agent is determined by comparing a level or activity of the marker in the first and second secondary cultures.

  • Publication number: 20230227575
Abstract: A therapeutic molecule (single chain-based antibody or ligand-based) optimized for expression and secretion from engineered T cells, which may be gamma delta (gd) T cells. When expressed from engineered gdT cells, the STAR will be secreted and mediate engagement between gdT cells and antigen/receptor on target cells. Binding mediates the formation of a cytolytic synapse between the gdT cell and the target cell leading to activation the gdT cells to release proteolytic enzymes that kill target cells.

  • Publication number: 20230227058
Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for intelligent driving monitoring systems, advanced driver assistance systems and autonomous driving systems, and providing alerts to the driver of a vehicle, based on anomalies detected between driver behavior and environment captured by the outward facing camera. Various aspects of the driver, which may include his direction of sight, point of focus, posture, gaze, is determined by image processing of the upper visible body of the driver, by a driver facing camera in the vehicle. Other aspects of environment around the vehicle captured by the multitude of cameras in the vehicle are used to correlate driver behavior and actions with what is happening outside to detect and warn on anomalies, prevent accidents, provide feedback to the driver, and in general provide a safer driver experience.

  • Publication number: 20230232177
Abstract: An illustrative application executing on a first device establishes a first network connection between the first device and a collaboration platform server managing a set of components for a collaboration platform providing voice communication services with respect to a virtual space. Using the first network connection, the application: 1) sets a first location within the virtual space at which a first voice component is positioned, and 2) determines a second location within the virtual space at which a second voice component is positioned. The application receives, by way of a second network connection between the first and second devices, audio data representing voice communication originating at the second device. Based on the first and second locations, the application generates a spatialized rendering of the audio data for presentation to a user. Corresponding methods and systems are also disclosed.
