  • Publication number: 20230173282
Abstract: Systems and methods for detecting cardiac arrhythmias such as atrial tachyarrhythmia (AT) are discussed. An exemplary system includes an arrhythmia detector circuit that can receive physiologic information sensed from a patient over time, detect an arrhythmia onset when the physiologic information during a first time period satisfies an onset condition, and in response to the detected arrhythmia onset, detect an arrhythmia termination when the physiologic information during a second time period, subsequent to and longer than the first time period, satisfies an exit condition. An arrhythmia episode can be detected based on an arrhythmia duration between the detected onset and termination. The detected sustained arrhythmia episode can be provided to a user or a processor for further processing.

  • Publication number: 20230177473
Abstract: A facility readiness inspection system and method are disclosed. Embodiments comprise an asset database comprising inspection task definition for assets. An inspection coordination application program interface (API) can create at least one periodic inspection task list. Each periodic inspection task list can include a number of tasks and assets, chosen based on the total time allotted for completion of the periodic inspection task list and the complexity of the inspection task definitions of each physical asset. Mobile electronic device can be configured to present the periodic inspection task list as a series of discrete tasks and to receive task list response data in response to each discrete task. Response data can be compared to benchmarks and standards, and issues can be escalated to external systems. An analytics engine can automatically produce inspection compliance documentation for each of the physical assets related to the periodic inspection task list.

  • Publication number: 20230179234
Abstract: The radio frequency front-end systems herein include modules having bandwidth controllable components, such as amplifier and filters. By implementing the modules with bandwidth control, the same module can be used for operation of multiple frequency bands including a first frequency band and a second frequency band. Thus, when implementing features such as carrier aggregation, multiple-input multiple-output (MIMO), and/or sounding resource signaling (SRS) for supporting the multiple frequency bands, the total number of modules used can be reduced and/or additional feature support can be provided compared to an implementation in which each module supports a single frequency band.

  • Publication number: 20230172714
Abstract: An assembly for replacement of a native aortic heart valve includes a radially collapsible prosthetic heart valve and a delivery apparatus. The prosthetic heart valve includes an annular frame with attachment posts, wherein each of the posts has an axial post portion and a transverse post portion having a greater circumferential dimension than the axial post portion. The delivery apparatus includes an inner shaft with a valve connection portion for releasably coupling to the attachment posts and an outer shaft having a sheath for maintaining the prosthetic heart valve in a radially compressed state. Rotation of a control knob on a handle causes the sheath to retract for uncovering a portion of the prosthetic heart valve. Further rotation of the control knob allows the posts to decouple from the delivery apparatus such that the prosthetic heart valve self-expands to a fully expanded state.

  • Publication number: 20230176494
Abstract: A method for generating an alignment signal that includes detecting local dimensional distortions of an alignment mark and generating the alignment signal based on the alignment mark. The alignment signal is weighted based on the local dimensional distortions of the alignment mark. Detecting the local dimensional distortions can include irradiating the alignment mark with radiation, the alignment mark including a geometric feature, and detecting one or more phase and/or amplitude shifts in reflected radiation from the geometric feature. The one or more phase and/or amplitude shifts correspond to the local dimensional distortions of the geometric feature. A parameter of the radiation, an alignment inspection location within the geometric feature, an alignment inspection location on a layer of a structure, and/or a radiation beam trajectory across the geometric feature may be determined based on the one or more detected phase and/or amplitude shifts.
