Abstract: Systems and methods to provide a prioritized shopping system are discussed. For example, a method can include receiving a list of target items, receiving busyness data for a plurality of local merchants, developing a prioritized shopping plan, and communicating the prioritized shopping plan to a mobile device. Each target item in the list of target items can represents a product or service that a user has indicated an interest in purchasing. The prioritized shopping plan is based at least in part on the busyness data and the list of target items. Busyness data provides an indication of traffic levels within at least a portion of the plurality of local merchants.

Abstract: Nasal formulations of metoclopramide, which remain stable and/or colorless upon storage over a period of time, are provided. Also provided are methods of treating disorders treatable with metoclopramide, comprising administering the nasal solutions to patients in need thereof.

Abstract: This invention relates to berberine alkaloids, formulations thereof, and their use in the prevention and/or treatment of infectious disease in animals, particularly Lawsonia infection. In particular, the invention relates to berberine alkaloids, formulations thereof, and their application as antimicrobial agents in the prevention and/or treatment of infectious disease including bacterial, viral, parasitic or fungal infections, and for improving feed conversion ratio in food-producing animals. Also described is the use of berberine alkaloids as feed preservatives, added to feed compositions, and used in combination with further agents suitable for treating infectious disease.

Abstract: An asset tracking system may include a bridge device that wirelessly receives beacon data from one or several beacons that are disposed at respective devices, equipment, furniture, people, and the like. The bridge device may send the beacon data to a server via a communication network. The server may analyze the beacon data, such that the locations of people or objects may be estimated and monitored, and/or sensor data corresponding to measurable attributes of people or objects may be accumulated and monitored. The location of the bridge device may be estimated using signal strength measurements of beacon signals received from room beacons in combination with corresponding room identifiers. Alerts may be sent by the server to a user device responsive to the server determining that a person or object is in an unauthorized location and/or that a value of monitored sensor data exceeds a threshold.

Abstract: A pet kennel and method of construction is disclosed herein. In an embodiment, the pet kennel includes a body and a door assembly. The body has an interior space configured for a pet and includes at least one aperture sized and shaped for the pet. The door assembly is attached to the body at the aperture. The door assembly includes a latching part pivotally attached to a hinge part. The latching part includes a latching mechanism configured to lock and unlock the door assembly. The hinge part is fixedly attached to the body so as to substantially surround a perimeter of the aperture.

Abstract: Aspects of the present disclosure include methods for flow cytometrically sorting a sample with particles, such as cells, based on order of identification. Methods according to certain embodiments include introducing the sample into a flow cytometer; flowing the introduced sample in a flow stream; irradiating the sample in the flow stream with a light source; detecting light from cells in the sample flowing in the flow stream; identifying phenotypes of cells in the sample flowing in the flow stream based on one or more data signals generated from the detected light; and dynamically sorting into partitions cells of the sample that have a phenotype of a collection of predetermined phenotypes based on order of identification. Systems for practicing the subject methods are also provided. Non-transitory computer readable storage mediums are also described.

Abstract: Disclosed herein is a sliding door system including a motor, a driveshaft coupled to the motor, and a coupling mechanism fastened to the sliding door. The coupling mechanism is configured to convert rotation of the driveshaft into linear motion of the sliding door, such that movement of the coupling mechanism is directly correlated to movement of the sliding door. The sliding door system also includes a rotary encoder, a belt mechanically coupled to the coupling mechanism. The belt, as moved by the coupling mechanism, is configured to turn the rotary encoder as the sliding door moves, such that movement of the rotary encoder is directly correlated to movement of the sliding door and not directly correlated to movement of the motor and driveshaft.

The various embodiments include a device body, a bone attachment structure, a removable slot body, and a movable cutting guide moveably attached to the body via a guide coupling structure. Abstract: A system is disclosed that sends, through one or more messaging modalities, an electronic message containing a system or user genera0ted unique identifier to at least one recipient on a system or user enabled and controlled list. The system receives a response electronic message containing the unique identifier and response data identified by a symbol. The program verifies the validity of the unique identifier and optionally that a sender of the response message is on the list. If the unique identifier is verified, the program correlates the message response data with the unique identifier and sends an additional message replicating the response data to the controlled list as a reply or update concerning the message. The program repeats the receiving, verifying, and sending to allow further updates on the message using the modality of communication.

The system can include a physical accessory placeable in the simulated room to facilitate visualization of how the physical accessory would appear in the simulated room with the selectable product. Further, the room customization station can prevent a portion of the images from being projected onto a physical feature in the simulated room and allow other portions of the images to be projected into a portion of the simulated room.

Abstract: The present document describes a polyamide hot-melt resin having a chemical structure consisting of dimerized fatty acids and diamines, loaded with an active ingredient. The dimerized fatty acids may have 12 to 24 carbons and the diamines may have 2 to 14 carbons. The amine residual functional groups and acid residual functional groups within the polyamide hot-melt resin may have a [NH2]/[COOH] molar ratio below 5, and the active ingredient may be incorporated in quantities of between about 0.01 and about 55% by weight of weight of the resin.
