The anchor includes a neck supporting a head adapted for mating with a conventional lifting assembly. The body portion includes a pair of opposing wings extending radially outwardly from a central axis wherein each wing includes an inner portion adapted to be embedded within a wythe of insulation and an outer portion adapted to be embedded within a wythe of concrete.
