Abstract: A grill cleaning tool and a method for using the tool are provided. The tool comprises: a handle; an elongated main shaft having a first end and a second end secured to a first end of the handle; a first scraper extending perpendicular to the main shaft from opposite sides of the first end of the main shaft; and a second scraper spaced apart from the first scraper and extending perpendicular to the main shaft from opposite sides of the main shaft. A heat shield for a hand-held tool is also provided, comprising a handle having a grip section, and a concave-upward, bowl-shaped structure secured to a first end of the handle and positioned below the grip-section of the handle. The grill tool may also comprise a first cleaning surface on a top of the first scraper and a second cleaning surface on a bottom of the second scraper.

Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a cover that wraps over footwear and is secured in place with a set of attachment tabs wrapped under the arch area of the footwear and secured to each other. Another attachment tab wraps over the arch area and is secured to a corresponding attachment point on the outer surface of the cover. Depending on the material used, once the cover is secured in place, it may provide insulation and abrasion resistance.

Abstract: The present invention provides a system and method for providing a charitable gift. The system and method receiving a payment from a gift giver for a donation of a donation amount on behalf of a gift recipient, the donation being made to a charity. The system and method includes processing the charitable donation for submission to the charity on behalf of the gift recipient. The system and method includes electronically applying charitable donation information to a gift card, including the donation amount. And the method any system includes activating the gift card for presentation to the gift recipient, the gift card including the charitable donation information.

Abstract: A data-processing method by which one or more prepaid satellite spending cards are configured and linked to a cardholder's host credit card or card account such that a predetermined available spending capacity of each satellite card is selectively determined by the cardholder of the host credit card, is deducted from the available balance of the host card or card account and limits the total spending capacity of the satellite card. The main cardholder may also remotely selectively increase the available spending capacity of the one or more satellite cards by deducting the desired additional spending capacity of each satellite card from the available balance of the host credit card as a purchase against the host card account.
