  • Patent number: 11754376
Abstract: An overpressure protection system (30) for a magazine (10) for storing explosive materials. The magazine (10) comprises a wall (12) which defines an internal chamber (14) for housing the explosive materials, with a first aperture (20) defined in the wall (12). The overpressure protection system (30) is configured to close the first aperture (20). The system (30) comprises a burst disc diaphragm (32) for covering the first aperture (20), and a protective cover (34) for locating outside of the chamber (14) and over the burst disc diaphragm (32). The protective cover (34) is spaced apart from the burst disc diaphragm (32) to form a cavity (38) with an opening (36) for venting fluid from the cavity (38).

  • Patent number: 10528630
Abstract: In managing the backlog of undelivered publications for durable subscriptions, a maximum quantity of publications stored in connection with a durable subscription to publications of a particular topic can be established on behalf of a particular subscribing end user. A new publication published for the particular topic subscribed to by the end user can be received and it can be determined if storing the new publication in connection with the durable subscription causes a quantity of publications stored in connection with the durable subscription to exceed the maximum quantity. The new publication can be stored in connection with the durable subscription; however, the oldest publication stored in connection with the durable subscription can be removed when it is determined that storing the new publication in connection with the durable subscription causes a quantity of publications stored in connection with the durable subscription to exceed the maximum quantity.

  • Patent number: 6389592
Abstract: A method for updating a first version of installed application files to a second version is disclosed. The method comprises the steps of: responsive to receiving a delta file defining the changes between a file in the first version and a corresponding file in the second version, transforming said first version of the file into a first transformed image comprising a series of records. The changes contained in the delta file are then applied to selected records of the first transformed image to generate a transformed image of the second version. The transformation on the transformed image of said second version is then reversed to generate the second version of said file on said client computer.

  • Patent number: 6176637
Abstract: The present invention is a corner molding particularly useful in the construction of juvenile furniture. The corner molding has an elongate body with an interior, a first rounded side, and a second side opposite the rounded side, with a pair of acutely V-shaped channels extending along the length of the body. The first rounded side and each of the V-shaped channels preferably form a pair of rounded outer edges therebetween. Each V-shaped channel receives a substantially rectangular edge of a planar member to form a rounded corner such that the planar members are held substantially perpendicular relative to each other, with smooth joints between the outer edges and planar members. The present invention further provides a method of attaching a pair of planar members within acutely V-shaped channels of a corner molding to thereby provide a rounded corner having smooth joints between the planar members and the corner molding.
