  • Publication number: 20240118917
Abstract: Systems and methods for cloud-based file sharing, where templates are provided for creating workflow instances which enable the sharing of managed objects. Reusable workflow templates are stored in the repository of a cloud-based file sharing system as objects that define components of the workflow, or placeholders for these components. A user instantiates a workflow instance from one of the templates and configures the workflow instance to identify content objects or forms, tasks related to the content objects, and users assigned to perform the tasks. The workflow instance is stored as an object in the repository. Users assigned to tasks are authorized through the workflow instance to access the content objects or forms to perform the tasks.

  • Publication number: 20240075895
Abstract: Embodiments are disclosed for crash detection on one or more mobile devices (e.g., smartwatch and/or smartphone). In some embodiments, a method comprises: detecting, with at least one processor, a crash event on a crash device; extracting, with the at least one processor, multimodal features from sensor data generated by multiple sensing modalities of the crash device; computing, with the at least one processor, a plurality of crash decisions based on a plurality of machine learning models applied to the multimodal features; and determining, with the at least one processor, that a severe vehicle crash has occurred involving the crash device based on the plurality of crash decisions and a severity model.

  • Publication number: 20060158879
Abstract: A lighting system and device for providing indirect light using free-cavity, double-diffusing configurations are disclosed. In accordance with the embodiments of the invention, a lighting fixture comprises a cover structure with a diffusion layer and a reflective plate that form the free-cavity. The free-cavity is preferably configured to provide an output of light from a light source positioned within the free-cavity with an efficiency rating of 70% or more and provide better than an 8:1 ceiling lighting contrast between the rows of fixtures with rows on 16 feet spacing. Further, in accordance with a preferred embodiment of the invention, a device is configured to couple to a ceiling structure and provide the indirect lighting from a fluorescent light source.
