  • Patent number: 7987532
Abstract: A shower curtain support system consists of a support guide member having a center portion, two opposing ends, two holders, and an attached shower curtain. The two holders are fixedly attached to the two opposing end walls of a shower stall or tub enclosure, and are usably adjoined, one on each end, to the support guide member. Each holder consists of a roller bracket having rollers and spacers attached to the roller bracket. The rollers communicate with the longitudinal slots on each of the two opposing ends of the support guide member. The support guide member is movable between a first extended position wherein the support guide member, with an attached shower curtain, is extended out at the top creating a maximum amount of space inside the shower stall or tub enclosure. In the second position the support guide member is retracted within the space defining the shower stall or tub enclosure.

  • Publication number: 20100170034
Abstract: A shower curtain support system for a shower stall or tub enclosure is disclosed, comprising a support guide member having a center holding portion and two opposing ends, two holders, and an attached shower curtain. The support guide member is selectively adjustable in the middle. The two holders are fixedly attached to the two surrounding opposing end walls, directly abutting a shower stall or tub enclosure, and are usably adjoined, one on each end, to the support guide member. Each holder comprises a roller bracket having an appendage with rollers and spacers attached to the roller bracket by fasteners, and which appendage projects through the access opening into the shower stall or tub enclosure. The rollers and spacers contact and communicate with the hollow interior and slots on each of the two opposing ends of the support guide member. Retainers prevent the support guide member from disengaging the holder.

  • Patent number: 6845525
Abstract: A shower expander assembly for a shower stall having an access opening includes a flexible plate on a shower curtain. The flexible plate has a flexible line connected to a center portion of the plate. At the opposing end of the flexible line is a ring or loop for hooking over a hook secured to an opposing wall outside of the shower stall. When the ring or loop is pulled away from the access opening and connected to the hook, the shower curtain bows outwardly to increase the usable space in the shower stall.

  • Patent number: 4082285
Abstract: An electronic chess game is provided, including a playing board surface made up of a number of push-button squares. Display circuitry is provided for displaying at each of the squares an image of any one of the playing chess pieces required for the chess game. Logic circuitry is provided to permit each of the chess players to selectively cause the chess images to be automatically transferred from one square to another. Recall circuitry is provided so that a player can recall a partially completed or a totally completed prior move. The logic circuitry also includes storage circuitry and auxiliary storage circuitry both in the form of flip-flops. Replacement circuitry is provided for replacing a pawn that has moved through the opponent's ranks into the opponent's back row. Indicator circuitry is provided to indicate when it is a particular player's turn.
