Abstract: An apparatus and a method for producing an animation effect are disclosed. The apparatus comprises a first light reflecting member, a second light reflecting member, a first light source, a second light source, and means to intermittently activate the first and second light sources to produce an animation effect. The first light reflecting member comprises a first surface and a second surface, wherein the light from the first light source enters the first member through the first surface and exits the first member through the second surface. The second light reflecting member comprises a first surface and a second surface, wherein the light from the second source enters the second member through the first surface and exits the second member through the second surface.

Abstract: An electric garden tiller is disclosed. The tiller is light weight, compact and easy to use. The tiller includes a two stage speed reduction transmission and an aluminum transmission housing. Connected to the transmission housing are a main housing and electric motor, a fender, a tine shaft and four tine assemblies, a rotatable wheel assembly and a foldable handle. Connected to the handle is a safety switch mechanism requiring two simultaneous actions to activate the motor. Once activated, if an operator's hand is removed, the motor will stop.

Abstract: A staple gun is disclosed for one-handed operation, the staple gun being capable of dispensing insulated staples specifically designed to fasten non-metallic sheathed cable (Romex cable) to a substrate. The staple gun includes an alignment slot for the insulated staple formed by projections from a magazine and the inner surface of a front cover. A spring loaded follow block biases the staples and helps align an insulated staple so that it is positioned to be engaged by a driver.

In the infant configuration, a small child can be placed under or seated in front of the toy within reach of hanging shapes. When the infant moves the hanging shapes, a sensory output of music and lights is produced through audio speakers and lighted keys. The infant's gym can be converted into a toddler configuration, which has keys arranged on top, resembling a piano. A toddler standing in front of the piano can produce a sensory output of music and lights by pressing the keys. A mode switch can be adjusted to vary the duration of the sensory output.

Abstract: A grid suitable for preparing an illuminated display is disclosed. This grid contains a face material which has at least 0.6 discrete receptacles per square inch. Each of such receptacles contains two channels communicating with a larger, middle opening.
