The instructions include a plurality of actions to be performed by the at least one person, including the creation of at least one document using a standardized template. The performance of the actions by the at least one person in completing the project is automatically tracked. A system suitable for performing the method is also disclosed, including a processor, a memory, and several components for performing the steps.
