The barrier structure comprises a plurality of posts, a plurality of bottom rails, a plurality of top rails, and a plurality of pickets. The plurality of pickets comprises artificial foliage that is securable to the plurality of bottom rails and extends through the plurality of top rails. The artificial foliage typically resembles tapered evergreen trees.
