A base station connected to the controller unit using long-distance communication protocol network messages, where the base station also provides power, from at least one power source, to activate all light sprites. A link unit connected to the base station and light sprites to activate all light sprites attached to each link unit, wherein the light sprites are encapsulated in a custom molded enclosure that are sealed from the elements, and are individually controllable and dynamically respond to external inputs in real time.
