  • Patent number: 7193145
Abstract: An inbred maize line, designated PH8KG, the plants and seeds of inbred maize line PH8KG, methods for producing a maize plant, either inbred or hybrid, produced by crossing the inbred maize line PH8KG with another maize plant, and hybrid maize seeds and plants produced by crossing the inbred line PH8KG with another maize line or plant and to methods for producing a maize plant containing in its genetic material one or more transgenes and to the transgenic maize plants produced by that method. This invention also relates to inbred maize lines derived from inbred maize line PH8KG, to methods for producing other inbred maize lines derived from inbred maize line PH8KG and to the inbred maize lines derived by the use of those methods.

  • Patent number: 7166781
Abstract: An inbred maize line, designated PH7CP, the plants and seeds of inbred maize line PH7CP, methods for producing a maize plant, either inbred or hybrid, produced by crossing the inbred maize line PH7CP with itself or with another maize plant, and hybrid maize seeds and plants produced by crossing the inbred line PH7CP with another maize line or plant and to methods for producing a maize plant containing in its genetic material one or more transgenes and to the transgenic maize plants produced by that method. This invention also relates to inbred maize lines derived from inbred maize line PH7CP, to methods for producing other inbred maize lines derived from inbred maize line PH7CP and to the inbred maize lines derived by the use of those methods.

  • Patent number: 6809241
Abstract: According to the invention, there is provided a hybrid maize plant, designated as 36N70, produced by crossing two Pioneer Hi-Bred International, Inc. proprietary inbred maize lines. This invention relates to the hybrid seed 36N70, the hybrid plant produced from the seed, and variants, mutants, and trivial modifications of hybrid 36N70. This invention also relates to methods for producing a maize plant containing in its genetic materials one or more transgenes and to the transgenic maize plants produced by that method. This invention further relates to methods for producing maize lines derived from hybrid maize line 36N70 and to the maize lines derived by the use of those methods.

  • Patent number: 4754986
Abstract: An axle load-distributing apparatus includes an auxiliary frame having a load-distributing axle mounted thereon. The axle is supported by wheels which ultimately support a portion of the weight of a load carried on a load-carrying frame. An attachment device is provided for securing the frame to the load-carrying frame. An articulation device for providing articulation of the load-distributing axle relative to the load-carrying frame is provided as is a load distribution device which is operable to distribute a portion of the weight carried on the load-carrying frame to the load-distributing axle. The load distributing device is located intermediate of the attachment device and the articulation device.
