Abstract: Methods, systems, and apparatus, including computer programs encoded on computer storage media, for generating learned representations of digital circuit designs. One of the systems includes obtaining data representing a program that implements a digital circuit design, the program comprising a plurality of statements; processing the obtained data to generate data representing a graph representing the digital circuit design, the graph comprising: a plurality of nodes representing respective statements of the program, a plurality of first edges each representing a control flow between a pair of statements of the program, and a plurality of second edges each representing a data flow between a pair of statements of the program; and generating a learned representation of the digital circuit design, comprising processing the data representing the graph using a graph neural network to generate a respective learned representation of each statement represented by a node of the graph.

Abstract: Systems and methods for transforming grayscale images into color images using deep neural networks are described. One of the systems include one or more computers and one or more storage devices storing instructions that, when executed by one or more computers, cause the one or more computers to implement a coloring neural network, a refinement neural network, and a subsystem. The coloring neural network is configured to receive a first grayscale image having a first resolution and to process the first grayscale image to generate a first color image having a second resolution lower than the first resolution. The subsystem processes the first color image to generate a set of intermediate image outputs. The refinement neural network is configured to receive the set intermediate image outputs, and to process the set of intermediate image outputs to generate a second color image having a third resolution higher than the second resolution.

Abstract: A method of treating an animal which does not naturally produce sufficient quantities of testosterone includes periodically administering a testosterone to the animal. The method includes conducting an initial examination of the animal; determining a testosterone level of the animal; administering a testosterone to the animal; determining the testosterone level of the animal to which the testosterone has been administered; and periodically administering the testosterone to the animal and monitoring the testosterone level, based on the detected testosterone levels and clinical signs.

Abstract: An integral weighing device for determining whether the weight of a luggage container and its contents exceed a maximum allowable amount simply by suspending the container by its handle. If the container weighs more than a set amount the integral weighing device provides a visual cue that the container exceeds the predefined weight. The integral weighing device comprises a torsion spring mounted within a housing, and a cord attached to each end of the torsion spring and fed via a guide-way through and out of the housing to an externally accessible grip handle. An indicator arm is rotationally mounted to the housing. When a person lifts the luggage by the grip handle the force is transferred to the torsion spring causing angular deflection toward the indicator arm. If the container exceeds the set weight the indicator arm provides a visual cue that the bag exceeds the predetermined weight.

Abstract: A rolling soft sided luggage case enclosing a volume and having opposing sidewalls, the sidewalls being supported by a tubular strut frame structure independent of the wheel housings mounted at the rear corners of the case. A straddle bracket affixed to a middle region of a side edge of the structural base joins the rear sidewall strut to the rigid base without engaging the wheel housing in order to facilitate ease of construction and repair of the wheel bracket. The levered portion of the base to which the wheel housing is affixed serves as a dampened swing arm on which the luggage case is sprung in order to isolate the structural frame of the case from bumps while being rolled and to and dampen shocks to the structure.

Abstract: An advertisement arrangement for an article of merchandise may include a display sleeve having at least one open end. The display sleeve may have a front side with a border and a window with a perimeter defined at least partially by the border. It may also include a back side opposite to the front side. The front and back sides may be flexible so as to permit at least a portion of the article of merchandise to be passed into an interior of the display sleeve via the at least one open end of the display sleeve. An advertising information sheet may be removably disposed within the display sleeve, visible through the window. The advertisement arrangement may be configured to allow the advertising information sheet to be exchanged for a different advertising information sheet.

Abstract: A suitcase has a retractable pull handle. The suitcase includes parallel front and back panels and a wall member which combine to define an enclosed volume. A rigid pull handle is mounted in juxtaposition to the top portion of the wall member. Rollers are mounted on the bottom portion of the wall member opposite the pull handle. The pull handle is extendable to pulling position extending generally parallel to the front and back panels. In the extended position, the pull handle is operable to enable a user to roll the suitcase across a surface on the rollers with the weight of the suitcase being distributed between the rollers and the pull handle. The pull handle is retractable into the inside of the suitcase when not in use. In the retracted position, the gripping member of the pull handle is received into a handle receptacle recessed into the top portion of the wall member. A closure secures the pull handle inside the handle receptacle to prevent accidental extension of the pull handle.

Abstract: Luggage has a generally rectangular container. A vertical sheath is fixed to the inside of the container along an end wall. A rigid handle is slidably mounted in the sheath and when extended is pivotable to a forwardly-inclined attitude for pulling the luggage. A wheel is mounted on the bottom wall of the luggage and centered between the forward and rearward end walls. A pair of wheels are mounted on the bottom wall adjacent each end wall.

Abstract: A frame for luggage includes a plywood floor, a channel-shaped main frame attached to the ends of the floor and projecting therefrom, a pair of A-frame brackets capturing the ends of the floor at their bases and being attached at their apexes to the main frame, a pair of major wheels rotatably mounted on transverse axles fixed to the floor centered longitudinally between the ends of the floor, and a caster wheel mounted to said floor at the each end thereof. The luggage frame is strong, yet lightweight and is supported primarily on the major wheels which being on fixed axles maintain the luggage frame tracking in the direction in which it is pulled while the castered wheels provide low friction ground support for the ends of the floor.

Abstract: Luggage has outside walls forming a container. A two-dimensional mesh fabric is stitched all the way around its perimeter to the interior of the luggage, thereby dividing the luggage into two compartments. Panels are formed in the outside walls for access into each compartment.

Abstract: A garment bag having a primary compartment and a front panel hinged to the primary compartment along a vertical edge. The compartment section has a hanging hook at the center of its upper edge. The panel has a hanging hook on its upper edge located between the center of the upper edge and the outer free edge. The garment bag is hung by the two hanging hooks on the upper edge of a door. The panel hanging hook prevents drooping of the panel when the garment bag is hung on a door.

Abstract: A luggage latch secures a lid to a box. A hasp is mounted on the lid. A bolt and slide are mounted on the box with the bolt being resiliently mounted on the slide. When the lid is closed on the box, the bolt will resiliently snap into position to hold the lid on the box. The latch mechanism is recessed into the luggage so that its external surface is flush with the surface of the luggage.

Abstract: An attache case has a generally rectangular container and a lid hinged to the container. An accordion type file folder is attached to the lid. A U-shaped spring attached to the lid adjacent its hinge to the container normally urges the file folder to a closed condition.
