  • Patent number: 12294561
Abstract: In an approach to automated social distancing recommendations, one or more computer processors monitor first data associated with a utilization of a physical space. One or more computer processors determine the first data associated with the utilization of the physical space exceeds a space utilization threshold. Based on the first data associated with the utilization of the physical space exceeding the space utilization threshold, one or more computer processors generate second data associated with the physical space. One or more computer processors send a notification, where the notification includes the generated second data associated with the physical space.

  • Publication number: 20220198376
Abstract: An average usage of floorspace by one or more organizations utilizing the floorspace is determined. In response to determining that for at least one organization of the one or more organizations a usage delta between the average usage of floorspace and an allocated floorspace amount associated with the at least one organization exceeds a threshold, an adjusted cost associated with the at least one organization is calculated.

  • Patent number: 9821538
Abstract: A method may be present for securing a strip in a structure. A first surface of the strip may be masked with a first tape. A surface of the structure may be masked with a second tape, the surface of the structure defining a desired shape. A sealant may be applied in a groove in the structure. The strip may be positioned in the surface such that a second surface of the strip contacts the sealant; and a caul plate may be pressed against the first surface of the strip, the caul plate including a set of ribs that contact the fairing strip, and the plurality of ribs defining a shape that substantially matches the shape of the surface of the structure. Pressing the caul plate against the first surface of the strip may cause sealant to pass between the set of ribs onto the tapes.

  • Patent number: 8333411
Abstract: This invention relates to an electrically controlled lock assembly (1) including a housing (10) and a retainer (6) mounted on the housing for movement relative thereto between an open and closed position. The lock assembly also includes locking means (12) including a detent (21) that when retained in an active position stops the retainer from moving relative to the housing. The lock assembly also includes an electrical actuator (14) being operable to cause the (10) retaining means to adopt a locked or released condition.
