  • Publication number: 20170227112
Abstract: An engine and transmission spacer with integrated hydraulic tank preferably includes a spacer case, an engine flange and a transmission flange. The spacer case includes an outer peripheral wall, a first outer wall and a second outer wall. The first outer wall is formed on one end of the outer peripheral wall and the second outer wall is formed on an opposing end of the outer peripheral wall. The engine flange extends from one end of the spacer case and the transmission flange extends from the opposing end thereof. A fluid cavity is formed in an inner surface of the outer peripheral wall, the first outer wall and the second outer wall. At least one pump port is preferably formed through a side of the outer peripheral wall. An oil pump is used to transfer fluid from the fluid cavity to another location.

  • Publication number: 20160194260
Abstract: The present invention relates to a method for production of p-cymene from cyclic monoterpenes in the presence of an Fe(III)-salt as a catalyst. In particular it relates to a method for production of p-cymene from cyclic monoterpenes containing high levels of sulphur, such as crude sulphate turpentine. The method can be performed as two different, subsequent processes for the isomerization and oxidation reactions, or in a single process wherein these reactions take place at the same time.

  • Publication number: 20150136790
Abstract: In one embodiment, a method for manufacturing a fluid storage tank assembly for an off-road vehicle includes disposing a support ring within a cavity of a rotational mold, in which the cavity is shaped to form a fill spout of the fluid storage tank assembly. The method further includes flowing a liquid polymeric material within the rotational mold such that the liquid polymeric material enters the cavity, directly contacts the support ring, and bonds to the support ring as the liquid polymeric material hardens.

  • Patent number: 7780609
Abstract: A method of detecting a change in hearing of a user includes providing a sound generating device for providing both a content audio signal and a hearing test audio signal. The sound generating device is used to provide hearing test audio sounds of different loudnesses around a threshold of hearing of the user. None of these sounds is calibrated to a pre-specified decibel level. A first threshold of hearing is determined at a first time and a second threshold of hearing is determined at a second time. The first threshold of hearing is compared with the second threshold of hearing.
