Abstract: A secure network navigation system includes a secure network portal and a site-to-site authenticator. The secure network portal includes a network authenticator to authenticate a user's browser connection to access content at a first site on the secure network. The site-to-site authenticator creates an object that authenticates the user's browser connection, creates a transfer URL by which the user is to access content on a second site of the plural network sites on the secure network. The transfer URL includes values exported from the created object and a unique transfer token. The site-to-site authenticator then transfers the user's browser connection to an address corresponding to the transfer URL. The secure navigation from the first site to the other site on the secure network is transparent to the user.

Abstract: A secure referral transfer includes receiving an offer for a connection agreement from a source, with the connection agreement defining data objects to be shared in transactions between the source and a target; receiving an acceptance of the offered connection agreement from the target; facilitating a connection between the source and the target based on the accepted connection agreement; and connecting a channel endpoint for the source and a channel endpoint for the target to facilitate a transaction. The secure referral transfer may be implemented without a direct integration of the infrastructure of the source and the target.

Abstract: The integration of transactional workflows that are distributed across multiple contact centers is described herein. Respective agent interfaces can execute concurrently with applications running at two or more contact centers. These interfaces enable agents at the contact centers to conduct respective interactions with a customer. As the interactions progresses, the agents can enter data related to the interactions via the agent interfaces. The agent interfaces need not be integrated with the applications or the contact center infrastructure, thereby eliminating the expense of performing such integration. Instead, the agents can use both the application and the agent interfaces concurrently while interacting with the customer. Data entered by one agent via the interface can be made available to the other agent, thereby enabling the agents to cooperate with one another, and integrating the respective interactions into a cohesive transactional workflow.

Abstract: Utilizing an extensible referral management system platform, an organization may recognize a business opportunity in which the organization may benefit by receiving customer referrals from another organization and build a program under which the organization is a supplier of products and/or services to the referred customers. Thus, the referral management system platform may be used to create intersecting workflows with a core infrastructure in the form of a multi-directional referral network.
