    Abstract: A notebook configured to enhance cognitive focus, comprising a plurality of sheets, each sheet having a series of parallel writing rows of a first color separated by parallel spacing rows of a second color, wherein the first color is obtained by printing at a setting that is from 5% to 10% of the first color using printing software, wherein the second color is obtained by printing at a setting that is from 10% to 15% of the second color using printing software, wherein the percentage used in the printing setting for the second color is greater than the percentage used in the printing setting for the first color by five or more percentage points, wherein lines bordering the writing rows and the spacing rows are in the second color and are obtained by printing at a setting that is from 18% to 22% of the second color using printing software.
