Abstract: A system and method for generating pick-walk data from batch picking is provided. The method includes generating a vector for each item in a store, with the vector being generated based on walking distances in time from a zone corresponding to the item to other zones in the facility, walking distances in time from the item to other items within the zone corresponding to the item, a category corresponding to the item, and a subcategory corresponding to the item. Items within an online order are partitioned into clusters with each cluster including items in close proximity to one another. Pick-walks are assigned to a plurality of pickers based on the clusters, witch each pick-walk including items from a plurality of different orders.

Abstract: Using a combination of jump rope, resistance band and boxing fitness instruments, one can get a robust anaerobic and aerobic exercise experience. However, traditional jump rope equipment requires the operator to be in a location that has ample height and space around them to accommodate the range of the rope being swung around the body. In addition, the ground surface that a traditional jump rope would be hitting may not always be ideal such as carpet, sand, and the like which diminishes the rhythm of the workout. The single unit multi-purpose jump fitness, boxing training and resistance strength device described herein eliminates the need for most of these restrictive considerations as there is no “rope” to jump over when in jump rope workout mode. Rather, the operator swings two specialized end handle units in a “jump rope” fashion while holding adjustable jump handles.

Abstract: Amid their enormous biologic diversity, we have discovered a new group of evolutionarily modified SAgs, SEG-SEI, that in partnership with endogenous SEG-SEI retain the ability to generate anti-tumor T effector cell devoid of the cytokine-mediated toxicity. Such toxicity has hampered the effective use of canonical SAgs for human cancer treatment. For their MHCII partner, we selected the human HLA-DQ8 allele and show that its contact with SEG-SEI is obligatory for the anti-tumor effect. Here we further show that SEG-SEI collaborate with HLA-DQ8 alleles to expand, differentiate, and chemotactically recruit a tumor neoantigen-primed tumor reactive T cell population that propagates both an acute tumoricidal response and long-term T-cell memory/survival.

The wireless charger can also be used as a standalone product. The wireless charger charges phones using wireless power transmission and incorporates a battery which can be recharged through a power adapter. When properly integrated, the wireless charger according to embodiments described herein can be integrated into such apparel, accessories, or other products without altering or affecting the appearance of the product. For example, the wireless charger may be seamlessly incorporated into most any apparel and accessories from purses to apparel to jackets if the product has a pocket. Because various aspects of the wireless charger are adaptable, it can be easily customized to meet customer needs.
