  • Publication number: 20220350596
Abstract: The technology disclosed herein enables computing node allocation based on build process specifications. An example method comprises receiving operational resource requirements of a software build job in a waiting state; identifying, for each computing node of a plurality of computing nodes associated with one or more other software build jobs, a respective set of operational resources installed on the computing node; identifying, among the plurality of computing nodes, a computing node having a minimal, among the plurality of computing nodes, difference between a set of operational resources installed in the computing node and the operational resource requirements of the software job; and scheduling the software build job to execute on the computing node.

  • Patent number: 11469732
Abstract: A method of making a SiC resonator includes forming a layer of an oxide material on a relatively thick wafer of SiC; bonding the layer of oxide material on the relatively thick wafer of SiC to a handle wafer having at least an oxide exterior surface, the resulting bond being substantially free of voids; planarizing the relatively thick wafer of SiC to a desired thickness; forming top and bottom electrodes on the wafer of SiC wafer to define a SiC wafer resonator portion; and forming a trench around the top and bottom electrodes, the tench completely penetrating the planarized wafer of SiC around a majority of a distance surrounding said top and bottom electrodes, except for one or more tether regions of the planarized wafer of SiC which remain physically coupled a remaining portion the SiC wafer resonator portion which defines a frame formed of the planarized wafer of SiC surrounding the SiC wafer resonator portion.

  • Publication number: 20220308985
Abstract: A method and system for debugging SQL statements by computing and saving to memory metadata for each component part of the statement. The system includes a user interface, memory, and a processor, the processor configured to compute and save to memory metadata of SQL statements. The stored metadata may be used for later computation of modified SQL statements. The metadata may also be displayed through a user interface to assist a user in the process of debugging component portions of an SQL statement.

  • Publication number: 20060052319
Abstract: This invention relates to the fields of molecular biology and oncology. More particularly, this invention relates to the sensitization of cancerous cells to therapeutic agents. The invention provides methods, compositions, and formulations for potentiating or enhancing the toxicity of various cytotoxins and oxidizing agents, and of reducing the resistance and proliferation rate of cancer cells. It also provides various compositions and therapeutic formulations useful as anticancer agents.

  • Patent number: 4111209
Abstract: Apparatus and method for providing hypothermia or effecting hemostasis to prevent hemorrhaging in organs or regions of the human body and the like. In one application described herein, the apparatus provides hypothermia to the heart during, for example, cardio-pulmonary bypass. The apparatus comprises a unitary preferably disposable coolant fluid circuit, including a length of flexible tubing having a heat exchange portion and a flexible, inflatable bag through which a sterile coolant fluid passes. The inflatable bag is connected to the flexible tubing by a double lumen. The tubing is provided with appropriate fittings proximate to its juncture with the double lumen to allow introduction of coolant fluid. The heat exchanger portion of the coolant fluid circuit is located within a preferably disposable container which contains refrigeration means for reducing the temperature of the coolant fluid.

  • Patent number: 4080958
Abstract: Improved blood pumping apparatus is disclosed which includes a smooth avalvular deflatable section through which blood flows, said section mounted within a rigid avalvular airtight housing, gas being introduced and withdrawn from the housing by suitable control means, the action of the gas causing the blood chamber to inflate and deflate with consequent non-traumatic pulsatile ejection of blood from said chamber. The apparatus is simple, reliable, inexpensive and can aid the blood pumping function in many ways. For example, apparatus is disclosed to provide pulsatile flow to the blood being pumped by a heart-lung machine, or to provide pulsatile flow to the coronary arteries during coronary artery perfusion, or to be utilized as an arterio-venous fistula to decrease the afterload of the left ventricle and preserve the systemic diastolic pressure while increasing coronary perfusion.
