  • Patent number: 11603829
Abstract: There is disclosed a hydrostatic axial piston machine having a pulse reduction device. This device has a connection location or tap in the transition region in front of the high-pressure-side kidney-like elongate hole of a distributor plate. The connection location or tap is connected by means of one or two hydraulically passively controlled switching valves to a high-pressure store. It is used for precompression and consequently for the pulse reduction. In a development, the distributor plate also has a connection location or tap in the transition region behind the high-pressure-side kidney-like elongate hole. The connection location or tap is connected via one or two hydraulically passively controlled switching valves to a low-pressure store. This is used for the decompression and consequently also for the pulse reduction.

  • Patent number: 11591910
Abstract: A hydrostatic axial piston machine includes a pressing pressure chamber for the cylinder drum which is supplied with pressing pressure from a circular-arc-like elongate hole of a distributor plate or from a plurality of connection channels of the cylinder drum. The pressing pressure chamber is delimited radially outwardly by the cylinder drum and radially inwardly by the drive shaft. The pressing pressure chamber is delimited axially at both sides by seals which are both arranged between the radially inner rotating drive shaft and a radially outer stationary component. The radially outer component may be the cylinder drum or, in the case of the distributor-plate-side seal, also a gap seal between the drive shaft and a bearing bush of the distributor plate. Both seals are arranged at the distributor plate side with respect to a tooth arrangement or a retraction ball.

  • Patent number: 9638180
Abstract: An axial piston machine of swash plate design includes cylinder bores with respective longitudinal axes that are arranged at an acute angle with the rotational axis and that approach the rotational axis radially in the direction of their control plate-side ends. For each cylinder bore, a point of action of a resulting hydrostatic relieving force, which acts on the cylinder barrel, of the hydrostatic sliding bearing is spaced apart radially with regard to the rotational axis of the cylinder barrel further than a point of intersection of the longitudinal axis of the cylinder bore with the cylinder barrel-side bearing face of the hydrostatic sliding bearing.

  • Patent number: 9458839
Abstract: A hydrostatic machine includes a housing and a drive shaft. The housing has an inner housing part, configured to receive a force flow, an outer housing part, configured to seal and damp, and a housing floor. The drive shaft is configured, on an input side, to pass coaxially through the housing floor and is configured, on an output side, to pass coaxially through a swash plate. The drive shaft is connected to a cylinder drum in a rotationally fixed manner. The hydrostatic machine is configured in a weight-saving manner and is configured such that propagation of vibrations in the hydrostatic machine, and noise generation therefrom, are reduced. To this end, the drive shaft is further configured to pass only partially through the inner housing part and is rotatably mounted in the housing floor and the inner housing part.

  • Patent number: 9334956
Abstract: A piston unit for a radial piston machine includes a piston and a roller or a roller element. The roller or roller element has a circular cylindrical jacket apart from a chamfer. A hydrostatic pressure- or force-relief element is provided in a contact area between the piston and the roller. The hydrostatic pressure- or force-relief element forms a pressure field in the contact area. The roller or roller element also has one or two end-face holes. Due to the hole(s), the roller is slightly weakened at the associated end section such that Hertzian stress is reduced at the same associated end section.
