  • Patent number: 11948187
Abstract: A leasing AI platform receives a message pertaining to leasing a real estate unit, generates a token matrix representing at least a portion of the message, and provide the token matrix as an input to a trained machine learning model. An output of the trained machine learning model comprises an indication of a first category associated with the at least the portion of the message. The leasing AI platform identifies one or more actions associated with the first category, the actions pertaining to leasing the real estate unit, and automatically executes the one or more actions without human involvement in response to receiving the message.

  • Patent number: 10081473
Abstract: A packaging container with a pull tab is provided. The packaging container includes a pouch with at least one opening or at least one perforated openable area in a pouch wall, and one or more pull tab labels adhesively connected to at least one outside wall of the pouch and covering the at least one opening or one perforated openable area. The one or more pull tab labels include a substrate with at least one notch in an edge of the pull tab label and a pressure sensitive adhesive on at least a portion of one surface of the substrate. The peel strength between the pull tab label and the outside wall of the pouch is lower in the area of the pull tab label proximate the notch then in the area of the pull tab label proximate the opening or the perforated openable area in the pouch.

  • Publication number: 20070225178
Abstract: A wear resistant lubricious composite includes a synthetic resin binder, a plurality of transfer film forming particles, and a plurality of hard nanoparticles. The hard nanoparticles are selected from the group consisting of metal oxides, metal carbides and metal nitride nanoparticles. A method of forming wear resistant lubricious composite articles includes the steps of providing a liquid phase synthetic resin precursor, adding a plurality of transfer film forming particles and a plurality of hard nanoparticles selected from the group consisting of metal oxide, metal carbide and metal nitride nanoparticles to the resin precursor to form a mixture, adding a hardener to the mixture, and curing the mixture.

  • Publication number: 20070105726
Abstract: A PTFE-based composite material includes a PTFE major phase filled with a metal oxide minor phase. The major phase is intermixed with the metal oxide minor phase, wherein the minor phase includes a plurality of irregularly shaped metal oxide nanoparticles. The irregularly shaped nanoparticles provide substantial reductions in steady state wear rate over otherwise similar nanocomposites. The metal oxide can comprise aluminum oxide.

  • Publication number: 20060030681
Abstract: A composite material having superior tribological properties includes a first polymer being a transfer film forming polymer and a second polymer mixed with the first polymer. The first polymer is at least 10 weight % of the composite and the composite provides a wear rate of <10?7 mm3/Nm and an average friction coefficient of said composite no more than 0.15. The first polymer can be PTFE and the second polymer a polyaryletherketone (PEEK). A method of forming composites includes the steps of providing a plurality of transfer film forming polymer particles and second polymer particles, and molding or extruding the particles at a temperature sufficient to allow softening and mobilization of at least one of the transfer film forming polymer particles and the plurality of strengthening phase polymer particles to form an interconnected network, wherein the composite formed provides a wear rate of <10?7 mm3/Nm.

  • Publication number: 20060029795
Abstract: A high strength multi-layer polymeric article having a low wear surface includes a base polymer layer, and a polymer composite capping layer disposed on the base polymer layer. The capping layer includes a first polymer including a transfer film forming polymer, and a second polymer different from the first polymer for strengthening this polymer composite mixed with the first polymer. The first polymer provides at least 10 weight % of the composite capping layer. A transition layer composite including the first and second polymer is interposed between the capping layer and the base polymer layer, at least a portion of the transition layer providing a non-constant first or second polymer concentration. A wear rate of the article is <10?7 mm3/Nm. The first polymer can be PTFE and the second polymer can be a polyaryletherketone (PEEK).
