Abstract: The present disclosure relates to compositions and methods for treating cancers using antisense (AS) nucleic acids directed against Insulin-like Growth Factor 1 Receptor (IGF-1R). The AS may be administered to the patients systemically, or may be used to produce an autologous cancer cell vaccine. In embodiments, the AS are provided in an implantable irradiated biodiffusion chamber comprising tumor cells and an effective amount of the AS. The chambers are irradiated and implanted in the abdomen of subjects and stimulate an immune response that attacks tumors distally. The compositions and methods disclosed herein may be used to treat many different kinds of cancer, for example glioblastoma.

Additionally, information related to intellectual-property assets, such as patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets, and know-how, may be obtained. In various situations, the intellectual-property assets may be mapped to respective products and/or services. The mappings between the products and/or services and intellectual-property assets may be used to provide intellectual property related services that correspond to the intellectual-property assets, such as valuation services, strategy-related services, or risk-related services.

Abstract: Systems and methods for digital property authentication and management are disclosed. A document representing a trade secret may be requested to be registered with a trade secret registry. A document obfuscation value corresponding to the document may be generated and may be registered with a blockchain. A record of the registration may be generated for the trade secret registry. The registry may be searchable and/or offer functionality such as valuation, insurance provision, and/or verification, among other benefits and functionalities.

Abstract: The present invention is a blade which is designed and configured to be utilized with conventional edging devices. The blade of the present invention is substantially U-shaped and includes a top planar wall having opposite ends. Extending outward from each end is a rectangular shaped end portion. When in use, the outer walls of the end portions will contact the ground. This will offer the user a device which is versatile and powerful. For protecting the user, a cover is provided.
