  • Publication number: 20240087997
Abstract: An electric drive unit having a stator body, a plurality of sets of field windings mounted to the stator body, a rotor received in the stator body and rotatable relative to the stator body, a plurality of phase terminals, and a current sensor assembly. Each of the phase terminals is coupled to an associated one of the sets of field windings. The current sensor assembly has a plurality of current sensor laminations, and a sensor. The current sensor laminations are generally C-shaped and are abutted against one another to form a sensor lamination stack. The sensor lamination stack defines a gap. The current sensor laminations are disposed about a corresponding one of the phase terminals. The sensor is disposed in the gap.

  • Patent number: 6220887
Abstract: A stabilizer for holding a circuit card in an electrical port is provided. The stabilizer includes a frame. A lever having a pivotal mounting with respect to the frame is included. The lever has a portion for making contact with an edge of the circuit card to urge the circuit card towards the electrical port. The stabilizer has a fulcrum to set an angle of inclination of the lever with respect to the frame. The fulcrum contacts the lever between the lever's pivotal mounting and the circuit card.

  • Patent number: 3946843
Abstract: A mechanical torque transmitting device such as a one-way clutch comprising a cylindrical engagement surface and one or more disc elements having members extending therefrom and flexibly attached thereto. The members are adapted to edgewise frictionally engage the cylindrical surface whereby relative rotation between the cylindrical surface and the disc elements in one direction causes frictional slippage of the members and relative rotation in the opposite direction causes tight driving engagement. In a preferred embodiment the flexible attachment of a member is spaced from the radial plane intersecting the engagement thereby providing compressive loading at the attachment during tight driving engagement. The attachment is relatively stiff in compression and flexible in bending, a bending load being applied thereto during frictional slippage. The preferred embodiments disclose versatile and economical constructions possible with the invention.
