    Abstract: A portable lookout platform is provided with legs which can be moved between raised and lowered positions via a cable and winch system. Pulleys and rollers provide for controlled movement of the legs. A platform is mounted on top of the legs to support a person. The ladder provides access for a person to the platform when the legs are raised. The legs, platform and ladder are mounted on a trailer for transportation.
