Abstract: An apparatus and system providing a relatively low-profile, low-angle, small-footprint adapter for mounting a flexible light pipe to a PCB such that light may be readily transmitted from a PCB surface mounted LED through the light pipe.

Abstract: A memory system is disclosed that includes memory modules that are longer and taller than conventional prior art memory modules. Each memory module includes two roughly L-shaped openings that extend from the top surface of the memory module near each side surface of the memory module. These L-shaped openings form tabs that extend horizontally along the top surface of the memory module. A guide assembly that includes sockets and guides is adapted to receive the memory module. Rotating latches that couple to each guide near the top of each guide engage a notch on each side surface of the memory module for facilitating insertion and removal. Rotation of each latch into a latched position engages a tab on the memory module so as to securely latch the memory module in place.

Abstract: An electrical connector (10) includes a cable dock (12) having a first connector (16) and a backshell assembly (14) having a second connector (18). The second connector (18) is adapted for engagement with the first connector (16). The electrical connector (10) also includes a locking element (40) coupled to the cable dock (12) and a latch (46) coupled to the backshell assembly (14). The latch (46) is operable to engage the locking element (40) and, in response to movement of the latch (46) relative to the backshell assembly (14), engage the first connector (16) with the second connector (18).
