Abstract: A flying apparatus permitting a human operator to lie in a prone position to control the flying apparatus is disclosed. The flight and power controls can be manipulated by the operator's hands and feet, allowing the operator to take off, land, and perform aerobatic maneuvers while in a prone position. The human operator is securely maintained in a prone position through the use of a four-point strap harness and a roll cage or hatch that securely locks over the cockpit with the operator in place. The aircraft will be capable of takeoff and landing from almost any runway due to all-terrain landing gear attached to the airframe.
