  • Publication number: 20230172332
Abstract: An equipment bag attachment mechanism detachably secures two equipment bags to each other for easy collective or individual transport. In embodiments, the equipment bags may be selected from among a helmet bag, a boot bag, and a grooming bag. In embodiments, the mechanism includes a first attachment mechanism portion that includes a pair of opposed tongues, one of the tongues having a downwardly extending protrusion, and a second attachment mechanism portion that includes a loop that seats between the opposed tongues and is limited by the protrusion to hold the two mechanism portions together.

  • Patent number: 5538590
Abstract: An assembly for heat sealing thermoplastic film, having a first jaw (11) and (optionally) a second jaw (not shown), an electrical impulse heat sealing element (12) mounted on the first jaw (11), electrical terminals (17) connected to the element (12), and at least one electrically and thermally insulating film or tape (14) between the first jaw (11) and the heat sealing element (12). At least one of the jaws is capable of transverse motion and is adapted to collapse a tubular film made from the thermoplastic film and passing between the jaws. The improved heat sealing assembly has a first jaw (11) which has a thermally insulting material (16) embedded therein along a length about equal to the width of the flattened film and having a width at least as great as the width of the sealing element.

  • Patent number: 4823356
Abstract: A bore tube free end support structure is positioned between an outer cylindrical envelope and an inner capillary bore tube of a laser. The support structure has outer and inner pluralities of circumferentially-spaced spring fingers integrally connected to and extending from respective outer and inner peripheries of a solid annular disc-like middle portion thereof. The outer spring fingers are alternately bent in opposite directions. The outer end of each outer spring finger defines a pair of pointed corners adapted to dig into the inside surface of the glass outer envelope of the laser, so as to anchor the support structure firmly in position with respect thereto. The inner spring fingers all extend in the same direction and each is arcuate-shaped in a longitudinal section therethrough.

  • Patent number: 4807243
Abstract: A laser with a central axis has an outer envelope and a bore tube mounted within the envelope and coaxially along the central axis with a free end of the bore tube being spaced axially from an end of the envelope. A two-piece cathode assembly which is used in the laser includes a cylindrical cathode tube having opposite open ends and adapted to be positioned within the outer envelope in radially inward spaced relation thereto and adjacent the one end thereof. Also, the assembly includes a cathode end cap having a body portion and an outer peripheral rim portion surrounding and formed integrally on the body portion. The end cap at its outer peripheral rim portion mounts the cathode tube at one end thereof by being press-fitted therein.

  • Patent number: 3948029
Abstract: An apparatus for stringing up a rotating package holder on a ring twister with a yarn being fed to a waste jet. A rotatable pulley with a yarn guide attached is used to intercept the yarn and move it into engagement with a cutter attached to the waste jet and a yarn snagging means adjacent the package holder. The waste jet-cutter combination is also designed to cut down a full package at the completion of a winding cycle.
