    Abstract: A prefabricated stainless steel appliance is provided for fast food restaurants that may be readily retrofitted into the preexisting pass-through openings in walls located between the kitchen area and the customer area. The appliance permits the serving of the customer with food with reduced personnel because of the elimination of frequent trips to the kitchen area from the customer area and return. The appliance includes an upper shelf for temporarily holding and keeping warm popular foods for readily serving.
