Abstract: Provided herein are methods, apparatuses, computer program products, and systems for fiducials in X-ray devices. One device can include an X-ray source configured to emit X-rays; a scintillator configured to absorb, on a first side, the X-rays after interaction with a scan object, the scintillator being configured to emit light from a second side of the scintillator in response to absorption of the X-rays; a camera configured to receive the light from the second side of the scintillator; and at least one optical fiducial located on the second side of the scintillator and within a field-of-view of the camera, wherein each of the at least one optical fiducial includes a sharp feature, which causes an abrupt step change of intensity in reflected light, and an image captured by the camera includes data representing the sharp feature that is processable to characterize at least one optical parameter of the camera.

Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for nonintrusive scanning of objects using X-ray electromagnetic radiation. One method can include generating at least one two-dimensional X-ray radiograph image; generating synthetic flat field data using the at least one two-dimensional X-ray radiograph image, a second two-dimensional X-ray radiograph image, or both; and applying flat field image correction using the synthetic flat field data to the at least one two-dimensional X-ray radiograph image.

Abstract: Systems, methods, apparatuses, and computer program products for nonintrusive scanning of objects using x-ray electromagnetic radiation. One method may include adjusting, by a computed tomography scanning device, at least one operation parameter including a grey value threshold based upon a material composition of a scan target; and collecting, by the computed tomography scanning device, at least one x-ray frame of the scan target based upon the at least one adjusted operation parameter.

Abstract: A system and method determines the monetary value of a sports fan. Fan data is ingested from a plurality of data sources. The data sources comprise first party data, second party data, and third party data. The data is processed and stored in a fan database. The fan data comprises values for a plurality of fan traits. The fan trait values are mapped to points which are then converted to a monetary value according to various rules which may be set by sports clients or advertisers. The aggregate monetary value for a fan is of great value to teams, sports organization, sports clubs, sports league, sports federations, and advertisers. The profile values and fan data is useful for creating incentive campaigns and for selling and exchanging fan data in a marketplace.
