  • Patent number: 12287609
Abstract: Disclosed is an adjustment method for a timepiece oscillator including a balance, a support and a flexure pivot connecting the balance to the support and guiding the balance in rotation as to the support about a virtual axis of rotation, the flexure pivot having, in orthogonal projection in a plane perpendicular to the virtual axis of rotation, an axis of symmetry which is also an axis of symmetry for the points where the flexure pivot joins the balance. In the method, the unbalance of the balance is adjusted so, in orthogonal projection in the plane, the center of mass of the balance is substantially on the axis of symmetry and at a position distinct from that of the virtual axis of rotation and chosen to reduce, and preferably render minimal, the dependency of the oscillation frequency with respect to the orientation of gravity for a predetermined amplitude of oscillation.

  • Patent number: 10496039
Abstract: A shock absorbing coupling device for a timepiece, includes a coupling wheel (2) able to take a coupled position and an uncoupled position, a coupling member (1) bearing the coupling wheel and a coupling cam (6) engaging with the coupling member (1) to define the coupled position and uncoupled position of the coupling wheel (2). The device also includes a locking member (12) rigidly attached to the coupling cam (6) and an intermediate member (9) controlled by the coupling member (1). The intermediate member (9) is intended to engage with the coupling member (1) and the locking member (12) to prevent or limit the movement of the coupling member (1) under the effect of a shock when the coupling wheel (2) is in the coupled position, to thus avoid the coupling wheel (2) leaving the coupled position.

  • Patent number: 10359737
Abstract: Disclosed is a flexible-pivot mechanical component of the type with separate intersecting blades, particularly for timepieces. The mechanical component includes an attachment portion and a movable portion that are connected by first and second resilient blades that intersect in a contactless manner at an intersecting point. The flexible-pivot mechanical component is combined with an adjustment unit making it possible to adjust the position of the intersecting point.

  • Patent number: 10216146
Abstract: An actuating organ for actuating an indicator in a timepiece, including: a fixing portion; a mobile portion; a first elastic portion connecting the mobile and fixing portions, the first elastic portion guiding the mobile portion relative to the fixing portion and exerting an elastic return action on the mobile portion; an actuation portion engaging with a toothed component of the timepiece upon actuation of the mobile portion relative to the fixing portion to actuate the toothed component, thereby actuating the indicator; and a second elastic portion connecting the actuation portion to the mobile portion, the second elastic portion being arranged to guide the actuation portion relative to the mobile portion so as to allow the actuation portion to retract when leaving the toothed component after release of the mobile portion, the second elastic portion being also arranged to exert an elastic return action on the actuation portion.
