Abstract: A method and apparatus for cross-domain Web-service publishing of information regarding a Web service provider in a first domain having a first security clearance access level into a second domain having a second security clearance access level across a cross-domain security system may comprise a cross-domain publishing service within the second domain receiving through the security system a request to publish information regarding the Web service provider located in the first domain; and may comprise the cross-domain publishing service establishing a surrogate end point within the second domain corresponding to the Web service provider and making available at the surrogate end point Web service information regarding the provision of a Web service by the Web service provider. The second domain cross-domain publishing service may register the Web service provider within the second domain and may also provide a link to the surrogate endpoint.

Abstract: In accordance with an embodiment, a method of executing web services through a high assurance guard includes transmitting a target service request having routing information from the source security domain to a source one-way high assurance guard (HAG) service, inspecting the target service request in the source one-way HAG service to determine if the target service request violates at least one rule governing communications transmitted from the first security domain, transmitting the target service request to a destination one-way HAG service in the destination security domain via a one-way HAG according to the routing information if the target service request does not violate the at least one rule and discarding the second target service request if the target service request violates the at least one rule, and providing the target service request to the target service.

Abstract: A graphical user interface is provided that includes one or more of the following: indicia representing a peptide frame, indicia representing a spectral frame, and indicia representing a protein frame. By selecting a peptide, the peptide frame zooms to a corresponding location in the spectral frame. Selecting a peak in the spectral frame highlights a corresponding peptide in the peptide frame. Selecting a protein in the protein frame updates the spectral frame with respect to matching and missing peptides.

Abstract: A method and system for processing messages received by a message storage system. The message storage system receives a message. The type of the message received is then determined. The message is then scanned for user specified content based upon the type of message. If the user specified content is found, message handling rules are applied to the message.
