  • Publication number: 20210203273
Abstract: Embodiments for PV modules with integrated mounting systems are presented. Application of the systems are found primarily but not solely in commercial and industrial rooftop solar installations. The disclosed self-aligning components are easily installed both in North-South and in East-West geometry scenarios, resulting in greatly reduced complexity and installation time. The use of polymeric or fiber reinforced polymeric frames and mounting structures eliminates the need for grounding. Features are presented which remove the need to have any tooling or hardware along with the installation. In addition, the presented structures support the PV laminates strategically and enable the use of thinner glass, thereby reducing overall system weight.

  • Publication number: 20190137142
Abstract: A photovoltaic system, comprising: a photovoltaic module attached to a photovoltaic rectangular mount frame; a deflector having a first end rotatably coupled to the mount frame so as to pivot the deflector from a nested position under the photovoltaic module in the mount frame to an installation position raising at least a first side of the mount frame; and a mount foot rotatably coupled to a second end of the deflector so as to pivot the mount foot from a nesting position in a mount foot nesting indention in the deflector to an installation position planar to a mounting surface.

  • Publication number: 20180235361
Abstract: A desktop organizer and monitor stand that enables a user-ergonomic arrangement of wired electrical components in a radial/starburst configuration above a desk to reduce electro-magnetic interference (EMI) as well as to increase the ability to position a large number of such devices on and around the surface of a desk.

  • Patent number: 10036577
Abstract: A photovoltaic system comprises a photovoltaic module attached to a photovoltaic mount frame, the mount frame having a rectangular shape. A deflector is attached to the mount frame by a rotatable deflector and mount frame attachment wherein the deflector pivots around the rotatable deflector and mount frame attachment from a nesting position under the photovoltaic module in the mount frame to an installation position raising at least a first side of the mount frame. A mount foot is attached to the deflector by a rotatable mount foot and deflector attachment wherein the mount foot pivots around the rotatable mount foot and deflector attachment from a nesting position in a mount foot nesting indention in the deflector to an installation position planar to a mounting surface.
