Abstract: Embodiments herein relate to rechargeable electrical stimulation-based cancer therapy systems and related methods. In a first aspect, an electrical stimulation-based cancer therapy system is included having an implantable electrical field generator unit including a housing, a header coupled to the housing, and electrical field generation circuitry is disposed within the housing. The system can also include an implantable recharge lead, wherein the implantable recharge lead is removably coupled to the header. The system can also include a plurality of therapy leads, the therapy leads including a plurality of electrodes, wherein the plurality of therapy leads area also removably coupled to the header. The system can also include an external recharger unit. Other embodiments are also included herein.
