  • Publication number: 20060069633
Abstract: A system and method where a client creates a basket of intended stock orders, slices the basket into one or more waves of orders, sends trade orders to a broker/dealer for execution, and allocates stocks to one or more client accounts. A backend server receives basket or wave orders, breaks each basket or wave order into individual stock orders, and queues the individual stock orders for submission to an order management system for execution of the order. A market data feed to the client continuously updates the information displayed to the client. The client may strike a basket or wave or individual stock by entering strike information into a client database residing on a client computer. The system also provides for allocation of executed trades to client-specified accounts.

  • Patent number: 6776445
Abstract: A cover for a golf cart is removably affixed to an attached frame and existing roof support members of the roof of the cart where the attached frame comprises an upper frame, door posts and at least one removable door. The cover thus provides protection to golfers in a golfer compartment during inclement weather and also provides for convenient access to and from golfer compartment whether through door opening when opened or through the door frame when the door is in a closed position with the cover portion removed therefrom. The door may be stored in at least two positions upon the frame or may be removed from the frame and stored separately.

  • Publication number: 20020179789
Abstract: A sign mounting bracket is provided for use with round posts. The sign mounting bracket includes a sign-interfacing surface, a post-interfacing surface and fastener engagement portions that extend outwardly from the sign and post-interfacing surfaces. Each of the fastener engagement portions is provided with slots for the passage of fasteners used to clamp together the post and bracket. The post-interfacing surface includes separate arc sections for interfacing with round posts having different diameters. The bracket is provided with a central bolt hole and an associated bolt head recess for securing the sign to the sign interfacing surface. The sign, bracket and post can be fastened together by use of post fasteners engaged with the fastener engagement portions in combination with a sign fastener engaged with the central bolt hole, or by use of a through bolt engaged with the central hole and a post hole.

  • Patent number: 5739209
Abstract: Reductive alkylation of branched, short chain diamines, such as 2-methyl-1,5-pentanediamine, with certain aldehydes or ketones of moderate molecular weight, such as benzaldehyde or methyl isobutyl ketone, produces novel tri- and difunctional amines which are useful in curing epoxy resins to compositions having improved flexibility and enhanced resistance to moisture and chemicals. Particularly favorable results are achieved when this curative is combined in the epoxy formulation with low molecular weight acrylic copolymers added as flexibilizers. Further improvements are available by including in the recipe monofunctional epoxy or acrylic reactive diluents.

  • Patent number: 5698657
Abstract: Flexible epoxy resins are made by curing the epoxy with an amine curing agent in the presence of a low molecular weight acrylate copolymer made from a major amount of a lower aliphatic ester or amide of acrylic or methacrylic acid and a minor amount of an ethylenically unsaturated monomer having functionality reactive with functional groups present in the epoxy resin or its curing agent. The acrylate copolymer has a number average molecular weight in the range of 1000 to 6000, preferably 2000 to 3000, and a ratio of weight average to number average molecular weight in the range of 1 to 3.5. Copolymers of butylacrylate and acrylic acid or maleic anhydride are favored. Further advantages are realized by including in the cure formulation a monofunctional diluent reactive with the curative.
